I booked a meet and greet from Luton and the phone number on my confirmation was for Leeds airport .In attempting to sort this out at 6 in the morning was a nightmare,we almost missed our holiday flight.When the person I spoke to (after asking me whether I was at Leeds or Manchester) was told I was in fact at Luton she hung up on me.I tried ringing the car park number on my confirmation noone answered.Eventually someone from the Luton meet and greet rang me to find out where I was and we managed to sort it out.However on our return the foot well on the drivers side was absolutely filthy,the floor and the door frame were covered in mud and looking at the petrol gauge I believe that the car had been used.As a regular Airparks customer(at least 6 times per year for the last 6 years) this is not what I have come to expect.I paid extra money for a service I did not get.I have 2 future bookings with you nos 9M6TJ and CQJA1.Once I have completed these I will seriously look at Paige Parking

We were looking for the signs for Air Parks which does not exsist we should have been told to go Jet parks long stay no 4 Thanks Linda Redfern

Didn't see a shuttle bus on arrival or when we returned from holiday. Over priced for the service received. Especially based on distance we had to walk with luggage. Luckily we are mobile and it was dry!

skyport service nowhere near as good as what had always been offered with airparks. Not sure if I would use again. The car used to be parked for you, you got dropped off at your car/ or you could arrange to collect your at the airport on the return from your trip. Also to arrange pick up from the airport, it was an automatic phone call where you had to type in numbers before getting cut off half way through instead of speaking to someone personally. Human touch has disappeared.

We arrived at your car park early in the morning when it was still dark and the place was very poorly lit. It made me nervous about leaving my car. I was also glad I was not alone as it did not feel very safe.

Your number plate recognition system at East Midlands didn't seem to work and had to call and. Wait some time to get in. The ticket I was issued with also failed to work when I came to exit, I has to wait some time before anyone answered and was let out. So your technology failed at the long term 4 car park. Bus drivers were good but the bus on the way back had a leaky air con so the floor where you put heavy suitcases was soaking wet. Bus driver was complaining about the inadequate maintenance, he was embarrassed about the condition of the vehicle. So all round. This is the worst experience I have had of your service.

On exit from the carpark machine would not accept ticket which was valid had to contact office. After a long wait, was allowed through. Had a long wait for the buses at terminal.

Luckily we were in plenty of time coming up to the airport at Stansted .... however following the directions as printed out from the website we could not find the car park ... the long stay. This took about 45 mins of our time. In the end we telephoned and spoke to a very helpful guy who told us where to go and explained that sometimes the directions downloaded do get mixed up! No help to us. The car park bus was great and the collection bus driver was excellent. There was also a problem with the vehicle registration at check in so that on departure we had to press for 'help' ... here again the guy on the line was very helpful.

Extremely cheeky check-in experience, not at all like the usual professional service I am used to experiencing. This is the first time I have been disappointed, and I use Airparks fairly often ( at least once a month )

Once I finally found the long stay car park and went through the barriers, signage for available spaces was poor. It was 4am so very dark and it was also raining, and it took a while of driving around to find an area near a bus stop with available spaces. Additionally, although empty, several buses drove straight past the bus stop, which was full with passengers, some of which had to stand out in the rain. Once on the bus, the transfer to the airport was fine.

The parking - and finding the care park - were fine and the bus to the terminal was prompt. The let down though was the wait to go back to the car park which was lengthy despite my call, and there was another person there who said she had already been waiting a long time.

The directions given where not correct. It tells you to go left at the roundabout where it should tell you to go straight! There were Lots of ramps to encounter with your luggage before you get into the main checking in area which I found inconvenient. The exit of the car park was not clearly signed. Overall was disappointed considering the fees charged.

I had booked parking in the meet and greet park at shown on the google map pages rather hurriedly in the morning of my departure. I had to meet my lift at the arranged parking place which I did but asked the attendant if I was in the correct park and he advised me I was. It was only when I was flying back after my brief visit home to deal with my late mums affairs that I realised to my horror I had parked incorrectly and it cost me a further £30 plus to retrieve my car after negotiating with the lady attendant at the enquiry booth. I have been so busy I sadly did not have time to complain as I felt you had my money and would disgard my comments! I will not park with you again after my very costly and stressful experience.

Very time consuming and not enough information for returning flights on how and where to validate your ticket. Will not be using this car park again and will not recomend

Shuttle transfer was fast and efficient. The service was much better when the car was brought out of the car park ready for you at the end of the holiday. I was travelling with my daughter and baby grandson and I had to go to the back of the car park in the dark along a muddy path to retrieve my car. When I reached the exit I found that there was no pick up point to load the cases and passengers back into the car so I had to abandon my car and go to get them. I think it would be better if there was a pick up point as well as a drop off point. I have used this air park for many years but am now thinking of trying the other one just along the road to see if it is any better.

Arrived home last night, enormous queue for busses no buses arrived at T2 for ten minutes, then five arrived for various different car parks, there is no organisation at the terminal regarding where one should wait so total chaos with tempers flaring. May be outside your control I don't know. Our first poor experience and hopefully just a glitch

Don't even have an Airparks sign, car park states Hrow long term parking. Thought we were at the wrong place. Wasted time looking for your site when were already there. Bus service crap snd driver acts like he's doing you a favour! Doesnt matter you've got a plane to catch if he's on a fag break! Never using you again. Think may alert others on social media.

Finding the appropriate ar park on arrival at East Midlands is fine but there are no indications when one returns how to find the car park link bus. My wife and I followed the signs from departure to the long term parks but these were quite wrong for the bus links.. You need better directions to help customers the get to the bus-link to the cars parks. Other passengers were having the same problem!
