Frequency of shuttle bus and length of journey from ncp long stay car park to Glasgow airport is not reflected accurately on the airpark website.

A computer fault meant the booked carpark was overbooked and I was redirected to an alternate carpark, further away with poor instructions on what was happening, left sitting wondering which of the many identical minibuses I had to follow. In the end I was delayed by half an hour and it was only pure luck that I happened to turn up early, otherwise I could have missed my flight. Technical issues happen, but despite having both my email address and mobile number, no attempt was made to contact me and let me know of the issue, where I could have gone directly to the alternate carpark in the first place. The alternate carpark is also cheaper but no info was given on a refund so I've currently paid over the odds and been inconvenienced for the privilege. Thanks for emailing to ask how you did, I might not have bothered otherwise.

Paid £18 for parking to find all carparks full. Had to park sticking out on the exit/entrance roads risking my car being hit by passing traffic. Waste of money and only lucky there was no damage to car.

On arrival told that the parking was under water. Follow the bus who did his damdest to lose me. Overflow was somewhere maybe 2 miles away. Sat in the Bus for 15 mins waiting on customers to fill. It took me 50 mins after arrival into what was booked as my carpark to get to the terminal. Terrible service and would not recommend and of course never use again.

The really annoying thing about verifying your parking voucher at Leeds Bradford airport is that the information desk is at the opposite end of the airport. You would think it would be logical and sensible to site this in the arrivals hall. But no. It seems that everything at Leeds Bradford airport is done for the convenience of the owners however inconvenient it is for the traveller.

This is the 4th time we have used Airparks at Southend Airport and everytime the machine does not read the number plate on either entering or exiting the car park. I have written to complain but have not received any response. This is very annoying and time consuming bearing in mind it can take the operator who you have to call to explain the position too anything up to l5 minutes to answer the buzzer. Really not impressed with this at the moment to be honest.

I arrived at 05:30 in atrocious weather, there were about 60 people waiting at Bustop 3 and the bus was fully loaded 3 times by the time it passed Bus stop 2,

Located relatively far from airport compared to other airport parking companies. Grumpy driver. Late pick-up from airport on return - had to wait over 20 minutes after calling for the driver to arrive.

I had to wait 25 minutes for service and i almost missed my flight. Would recommend using short stay parking as a better and quicker solution, or looking for another service provider. I was very disappointed with the service - it was raining as well which didnt help.

Booking service was okay. Paid in FULL by Credit Card. On exiting the Car Park, I was instructed to pay £312 plus after entering the card. I had to press a button on the machine and convince the Guy talking into the speaker that I had paid in FULL. A very nervous moment for me and I do not like that sort of moment. Your Company and Your computer system should not be treating me like this. Now I know this happens, I am prepared for this next time.

Have used several times now, first time was fantastic but since has not measured up and this last time was the worst! From making my call as instructed after collecting my bags we had to wait 40mins for our car. I do not consider this a "meet n greet" service. We could have got the bus transfer n been on our way quicker! This then had a knock on effect for our homeward journey onto Dorset picking up rush hour traffic! Sorry but not good enough!! your system does not work. It does not pick up the car number. Going in to the car park and going out both times I had to wait along time to get help

we had to wait almost 30 minutes for transfer to terminal. when we asked via shelter intercom about the wait we were told there had been a bus 15 minutes ago which was a lie, when the bus did arrive only half the people waiting were able to get on.

Booked through Airparks for booking at Birmingham Airport 31st ofAugust until 7th of September .On arrival at airport at 4 in the morning we were told they had no informat ion of our booking .Eventually let us into car park and said we would have to sort things out on our return .On our return they still said they had no record of our booking and after waiting about half an hour they sent somebody down to check our paperwork and they said it was in order and let us out of carpark.So all in all would say this was not a very good service and gave us a poor ending to a very good holiday.

The car had been cleaned when we left it with you but had a really heavy coating of what looked like builders dust when we picked it up. And I mean heavy! John Robinson

When we arrived at Airparks it appeared to be owned by Skyport although we booked with Airpark. Our return pickup was by yet another company who took us to a different car park and only to ours last. He never spoke to us and the whole process was very unsatisfactory.
