“I haven't had any problems before, but when I was leaving the carpark this time, the ticket machine said I owed money! I pressed the button for assistance and explained I had booked and paid on line...He asked for my surname, then opened the barrier. So all was well...It just gave me a little fright at first. Always best to take your booking ref with you, so you have some back up if things go wrong.”
