“Barriers at the car park were totally useless, had to wait 30 minutes to get in and more than that to get out as ANPR wasn't working”

“For the third time in four recent parkings, the ticket did not let us out of the car park and we had to call your phone reception. Very inconvenient in the wind and rain and no apology from them.”
