“Car registration was wrong on your list which meant the barrier on way out would not rise. Same happened to my daughter on next barrier. More care needed with typing”
“We have twice used your onsite car parks and both times although the car registration number is recognised on entry when we leave we have had to speak to an operator via the machine at the barrier to be able to get out. I wonder if perhaps this could be improved and then I would vote 10!”
“There was a problem with finding where to park. The signage wasn't good and several cars including me ended up entering a zone which wasn't the right one! We only knew it was wrong because a member of staff in that zone appeared livid that we had entered the zone. We all ended up having to go around again before we found the correct zone. It was ok because we were not in a hurry, but would have been very frustrating for some people!”
