“Booking simple, parking easy, bus on time both ways however when we got back someone had tampered with our tyres,, the back ones were nearly flat, we have had to buy two new tyres today costing 380.00 pounds each, so saving by parking in mid stay has been highly expensive. I have marked our booking experience high as everything was simple and easy, it's just that we will now park back at the Raddisson where we always have done before.”

It's not absolutely clear and there are two paragraphs that seem to be contradictory. I had to study the paperwork carefully before finding the right information in the small print. Please sort this out because the overall service is excellent!”
