“When booking the parking it didn't tell me anywhere that when you get to the airport it reads your number to let you in. I didn't know if I needed paperwork or anything. I rang the number on the email to find out how it actually worked, only to be told it was the wrong number and had to google the company to find the number!”
“The service on departure was excellent. On our return, things didn't go quite as well! I had booked for one day shorter than required and agreed to pay the balance to the driver on collection, £7.50 being the amount. We then exited the airport with our baggage and waited 30 minutes for the car to arrive. The driver agreed not to charge the extra £7.50, which helped, but still slightly disappointed.”

Because you dropped this service we started using THOMPSON years ago on long haul, these services are always full so customers are obviously willing to pay the costs. Pity you are not listening to what people are saying on the internet. This holiday was a quicky for us to escape the cold weather.”
“Booking was fine, but when i left the carpark it told me is had £198 to pay. when i went to the helpdesk they had no record of the booking and took ages to sort it out. i had just come off a 9 hour flight and was standing in th cold and the rain while it was sorted out.”

“I booked with Aberdeen Airpark to park my car for a few days while away on business. Although the service did everything I needed there was considerable room for improvement. Their punctuality was poor. I had to wait some time in the ferry bus before we actually set off to get to the airport. On my return, I had also to wait in very bad weather for the ferry bus to arrive to pick me up. Added to this, the ferry bus which took me to the airport was filthy as was the office. The staff were reasonably helpful but not particularly welcoming.”
