“Was looking for something to help me understand the Bible more. I’m in school at Liberty University and could use some extra help with knowing the Bible better.”
“The books are beautiful. However, it's not the paper quality I was hoping for. It's a matte finish instead of glossy. I'm getting used to it, but I'm worried the pages will not hold up to long term use. I love everything else about them, and I've been wanting something like it for a while. The concept is amazing, I just hope they update their paper down the line.”
“The product is very well put together and visually pleasing with pretty good content. There is a lot of woke type language that’s really hard to not notice, but other than that it is a nice product.”
“I love the concept and mission of the company however the product I purchased was a bit disappointing to me. I do however appreciate the effort to add visuals to the biblical text.”
“I think the focus on beauty is very good, but I would have liked some commentary from the photographers or editors on the connection between beauty and the texts in the individual Bible books, i.e. the Gospels.”
“I LOVE the book thus far however, the only discrepancy I see in it is the font of the letters are too small for me to enjoy reading as I would if it was a tad bit bigger.”
“I purchased the Hardcover Book of Psalms and Hardcover Book of Gospels for my mom for Christmas. Both were very beautiful. However I wish that Alabaster had used a bit heavier weight paper in the hardcover books and I wish that the font was a tad bit larger for aging eyes.”
“Making the decision to purchase Fruit, the Advent Storybook, Prayer Journal and different books of the bible was a great one. These resources have all helped open opportunities of connection through conversation with my kids.”
“Beautiful products. “No way! No waayyyy!!” - direct “squealing” quote from my girls upon opening their package … the day AFTER Christmas. Despite the quality of the product and how beautiful it is, I’m dinging the company one star for lying to me regarding the whereabouts of my package. Tracking showed the shipping label was created on the 14th, and no movement thereafter. When I emailed on the 20th, you assured me in two separate emails that it was “en route” and “in transit”. What a coincidence that, according to tracking, the item finally departed your shipping facility later that day at 5:46 pm. Look, I can understand small business, busy time of year, shipping mistakes. I can’t understand why you’d lie to a customer. Will I order from you again? Absolutely. Do my girls love the Bible study, and the wisdom and women pairing books? Most definitely! But all of that is diminished by seeing a video you posted to IG on the 27th about how you expedited a package for Christmas delivery for another customer, but I just got lied to.”
