However just a few days after ordering I received notification of a Black Friday deal which would have given me 50% off. And personally the initial cost of the book in my opinion was rather high. It does make it seem less intimidating for a new believer or someone who may not yet have faith to engage in. I do wish there was a more transparent or fluid approach for pricing across all platforms. I ordered a Bible study from the website directly, but it was much cheaper on TikTok through the alabaster co official page. Many people may not have that same access, and honestly funds to spend. But want to ensure they're getting the real deal instead of a copy. So if it's being advertised as one price somewhere, I feel it should be that way everywhere for full transparency.
Overall, I would recommend this company and the books that they make.”

“I am on my second day of using the Year in the Bible. I am enjoying its structure each day as I dive into the Word.
However, my one complaint so far is the space to write notes each week as I read daily is very limited.
It would be nice to have a spare page or two dividing each week for notes on what I’ve read so I can refer back to each day for my Reflection by the end of the week.
I’m on day two and have almost filled all spare space for my notes!

“Lovely book - but 2 things to watch out for... the size of the book is 7" wide x 8.5" tall - so it's not really large like some coffee table books. Also, if you get the Gospels hard cover, it's a single book - not 4 separate books. One of the pics on the website shows a stack of 4 books, but it's to make the point that all 4 are in this one book (which I missed). Otherwise, very nice books. :)”
