“I was disappointed in the way the books showed up. Two sets were consolidated into one big cardboard box and each set should have come with something like a boxset so they can sit on your shelf proudly vs a bunch of individual books that have no "toghterness"”
“I ordered two devotionals as Christmas gifts on December 15 - well before Christmas. I never received email confirmation and was only able to check my order status on the website.
The gifts did not ship until after Christmas, and when I reached out prior to Christmas to ask when they would ship/arrive, I received no response. Now I have to pay extra money to mail out the gifts to family who were visiting. Very disappointed in the customer service and experience. I’m not sure I will order again.”

“I have always thought very Highly of Alabaster Co products because of their unique approach to the new generation on reading Gods word. I’ve bought a few of their scripture books, and loved them. However, upon my recent Purchase of the Bible study, I noticed a trend in the daily readings. Most of them are geared towards Social injustices or Civil rights.
Whereas these subjects are very important and ones that need to be addressed, it seemed off to me that this study used Biblical characters to steer the discussion towards civil rights and Social injustices.
As Christians, it’s very important to take scripture in context and not make it say something it’s not. Especially considering the great momentum Alabaster Co has at reaching and teaching the next generation.”
