Don't buy from this company! My son was desperate for a corus watch and I agreed to buy it for a graduation gift. However, after a couple of weeks it was faulty and I paid £7 to return via royal mail. I have been constantly chasing this company for an update (several months later) and was waiting on an upgrade to be despatched. Never arrived so when I contacted again they said it was out of stock. Really? Nobody had the courtesy to let me know - shocking! I am still waiting on a reply about a refund. Extremely upset as this was a large amount of money for a special gift for my son - very sad

Do not buy from this company, their customer service is horrendous. Details below...... The charger has finally turned up this morning 23days after purchase. My observations so far are. The watch was advertised as" never been used", it has clearly had a lot of use, sweat stains in the strap, wear and tear on the strap. Scratches on the titanium bezzel. I have put it on charge for two hours and has been stubbornly stuck on 48 percent. It does not give me the option to sync it at start up as the coros instruction videos actually show. I suspect it has been synced to someone else's phone already.(Another sign this has been used) This effectively renders it useless. New running gear is not a company, the transaction is actually with Yorkshire lavender ltd. Whilst this is not ilegal it does raise concern as to trading practice, I am now considering a claim at the small claims court. Delivery was supposedly 1-2day. After chasing the order it was over a week late. And came without a charger. I was then promised the charger would be sent next day but that was eventually sent approx 22 days after the initial purchase. I have raised this with the vendor and have to this date received no response.

Not a good experience, Poor communication from start to finish. Pre purchase - zero response to my questions! - Might be something to take more seriously? Pre-order of Vertix - I had to regularly chase for updates and I think if I hadn't chased I would not have been informed that there was a further month+ delay on the watch (the delay isnt NRGs fault but the poor communication is) - You need to work on this as an online company, its the main way to foster trust with your customers. Also expect the payment to be made to Yorkshire Lavendar - a little worrying in the current day and age that the payment goes to a different business - its worth letting your customers know prior to paying that this will be the case. Refund - Asked for refund on the 28th Jun, it wasn't processed until the 1st July and now thanks to Paypal I am still waiting for my money thats almost 2 weeks. Stressful and disappointing experience from start to finish - all I want is a GPS watch to replace my previous one that failed, I wanted to give Coros a try as they look promising but have been put off by NRG - its a shame they are the only UK supplier!

Bad - Ordered item. Delivery stated as 1-2 working days. No delivery at end of 2 working weeks. Good - refund request was processed quickly.
