“Received brand new Coros Apex Pro within a few days of ordering it. Delighted at the price I got it for which was significantly cheaper than everywhere else. The price did actually give me cause for concern in case it was not genuine and I had not come across new running gear before, but I needn't have worried, the watch was received with no issues. Would use again.”

“I bought the Coros Apex watch as a bday present for myself. DHL sent the tracking email and then there was confusion on DHL website with the order, so I emailed NRG and after initial panic, they responded back to me a couple of hrs later confirming that I will be receiving my order the 7th. We exchanged a few emails and can confirm that I received my order today. I cannot fault NRG with bad communication, as they made sure everything was okay and that I do not have to worry. Thank you NRG team and let's hope DHL will soon be back on top of their messages! : ) Keep well and stay safe, best wishes, Estelle”
