This is for Amaya, cashier from Aldi 33612 branch. She’s very pleasant always serves the customer with a smile. What a sight for sore eyes. God bless her ❤️

For the third time in a row since we started shopping at the new Dale Mabry store we have gotten bad meat! We like the prices but will NOT be purchasing meat there ever again.

More recently that I go to Aldi their bread shelf is nearly empty, this time the stocker with a condescending tone said they (Aldi) have been out of the sour dough bread for a week, I get used to buying a certain bread and then it disappear . What bread they do have its half frozen.

Been shopping Aldi since they went to California. Love most their products. We now live in okc. However I have one complain used to love the frozen green beans. Lately the green beans has been toughike too old before harvesting.

5 out of 6 items on your computer site are not in the store. There is no way to call and check before I load my wheelchair in the van, get a helper only to find you do not have the products listed. No one to talk to on the phone before I take the trip to the store. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE.

I shop there today for first time and probably that would be my last time. Prices not too much of difference from Walmart but the selection are very limited. Ground beef wasn’t looking very fresh. Selection of chicken meat not very good. I only saw a few items a little less expensive than Walmart.

I really wish they would open at 7am, they would get the Amazon fresh customers like myself. Who have to shop early. I work overnights so I get stuff done once I'm off, at 9am I'm headed home. Your closed when I wake up. EARLIER HOURS PLS. and thank you.

Let me start by saying this was my third time shopping at this Aldi since moving to Bel Air in April. Unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing—but this last one sealed the deal. I sent my husband to the store to grab the last few ingredients we needed for dinner. While he was there, I was on the phone with him when I heard him ask a store associate for assistance. The woman he spoke to directed him to a man named Jeff. Jeff’s attitude toward my husband was rude and unprofessional. His tone was dismissive and unwelcoming, and frankly, there was no reason for that kind of behavior. My husband was simply asking for help. Customer service matters—especially when you’re dealing with people in your community. Jeff, if you’re reading this, I hope you take a moment to reflect. Every person deserves to be treated with respect, and you never know who you’re talking to. A little kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience was the final straw. We won’t be returning to this location again.

Store in Rio Grande looking a lot stripped out. Shelves were empty boxes all over. Looks like the employees abandoned the store. It was never like this new mgt since last year need to get a grip. Or hire more people and assign them a section. Looks very runned down. They had nothing. What slop. Management needs to step in asap

The new orange juice caps are impossible to open. I have had to return all of my orange juice in the last month simply because I can’t open it. They took a month off of making orange juice to replace the cap. Makes it impossible to open. I now go to Walmart to purchase my orange juice.

I like products, but I do not like how the check out is. They push you through in a very unfriendly way, very abrupt. A smile or kind word would be nice. Instead it is rushed and get your card or payment plan out fast or you get a look. I’ve read where they have to make the checkout fast, but it is very unpleasant.

I shop at Aldi at least 3 to 4 times a week and every time I go in there is one checker. Everyone is either not around or doing other work. This is not customer service nor putting the customer first making people wait in long lines and only having one checker sometimes they open up another register but they haven’t lately and and that’s not always enough. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go in there there’s one register open and even if it’s a long line, they do not have another checker open or register. This is the Aldi store in North Aurora on Oak Street.

Been there twice and disappointed both times. You can find cheaper canned tuna at other stores and ground beef was twice the price as Food Lion which is not knowed to be inexpensive.
