“Zero customer service. I bought some oranges which turned out to be rotten. Tried to return them. Luckily there’s one person working there. She said to go get some other ones and I could exchange. I got back to the register and she said oh you have to get in line. There was two people in front of me with their carts loaded to the max. My time is more valuable than that.”

“Leider haben die Aldi Stores immer weniger DEUTSCHE PRODUKTE Am Anfang gabs noch Deutsche Schokolade,Aufbackbrezen,Spätzle, usw. DAS FEHLT JETZT IN DEN ALDI STORES..Gerade rund um Fort Myers leben sehr viele Deutsche und vermissen jetzt die deutschen Aldi Produkte.Auch all unsere American Friends haben gerne die deutschen und europäischen Produkte gekauft..Also jetzt kein Grund mehr bei Aldi USA einzukaufen..sehr schade”

“Subject: Concern About Cleanliness and Product Quality at Local Aldi Store in Wyncote,PA Dear Aldi Management, I am writing to express my concern about the condition of your store located near me. I have been a loyal Aldi customer since the store first opened, but during my recent visit this week, I was very disappointed by how unclean and disorganized the store has become. The store appeared quite filthy, and many areas were not maintained properly. I even took several photos to show the poor condition, but unfortunately, your website would not allow me to upload them with my message. In addition, I noticed that the quality of several products has declined, which is surprising given that prices have increased. I understand that the store can get very busy and that some shoppers contribute to the mess. However, Aldi needs to hire more staff or improve supervision to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and safe for customers. If this situation continues, I may reconsider shopping at this location, which would be unfortunate after being a long-time customer. I hope management takes immediate action to address these issues and restore the store’s quality and cleanliness. Thank you for your attention.”

“Unfortunately, Aldi's has become one of the worst grocery stores around my neighborhood. Store it's always dirty, lack of iles organization. If customers do the diligence between Sprouts and Publix they'll find weekly deals. And when go to the checkout they throw you the receipt. We aren't animals. Have the patience and courtesy to look eye to eye at the customers and greet them. We can shop and pay ourselves, it's better than deal with the employees attitude. We're always rush, at work, at home and in the supermarket too?? No way.”

“Too much moldy fruit no no bananas in stock. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, as well as the checkout person, they acted like so what. The Marilyn Avenue Atlanta Aldi’s. I don’t believe I’m coming back to this one. I’d rather spend more at Kroger and get what I want Than to have cheap food. That’s moldy without having any stock on popular items like banana bananas.”

“First off your prices are going higher might as well shop at the big chain stores 2n you run out of chili beans every September when it starts getting cold 3 you must think people don't eat Cole slaw and mustard potato salad all year and you need a lager size on the mustard potato salad and a little cheaper,don't forget why people shop there for another thrills bargains to cut cost.”

“I have been shopping Aldis about a year recently have had to throw away meat products because of dates I’ve noticed when buying meat and milk you really need to check dates items are out but are only good for about a week before date is up I’m done going back to Walmart for grocery’s”

“First of all the store is always filthy, especially the floors and the parking lot, same with the bathroom ! The employees are somewhat friendly, but I hate how they THROW everything in the cart and I have to constantly remind them not to throw my fruits and vegetables, and only one lane for paying cash ! Other than ALL that, they seemed to care when they first opened ! But I guess they assume I will be back despite their failures 🤷🏻 ! Walmart looking pretty good now !”

“This is the second time they have not fulfilled a pick up order. They blame the Instacart, who they use for all pick up orders…. And Instacart blames them. I sat in the pickup spot for over 45 minutes. Called Instacart again, they advised to go in because they could not get anyone at Aldis to answer the phone. I was informed they just couldn’t see the order… could not see it???? Blamed Instacart… but had already pulled money from the account. Was told to call Instacart again. I did and they blamed the store. They did say they are the only pickup service or delivery for Aldis but since it was on the app… it’s not their issue.”

“Not happy with the price increases on staples items I purchase increasing 50 percent. Aldi was once my shop all grocery store. Now I'm shopping smarter. Shopping more with coupon bargains at other grocery stores and just stocking up. I shop less at Aldi. Was shopping weekly. Now I shop about twice a month. Finding bargains elsewhere.”

“My Honest Review of Aldi I used to really love shopping at Aldi, but lately I’ve noticed some disappointing changes. The quality of the vegetables has gone down — many times I find produce that is already rotten and hasn’t been removed from the shelves. It’s concerning to see broken eggs sitting around, which doesn’t seem hygienic or safe. On top of that, the stores are often missing a lot of essential items, which makes it hard to rely on Aldi for a full shopping trip. If Aldi wants to stay competitive with stores like Walmart, they need to focus more on cleanliness, freshness, and keeping shelves well-stocked. I hope they make improvements soon, because Aldi used to be one of my favorite places to shop.”

“More recently that I go to Aldi their bread shelf is nearly empty, this time the stocker with a condescending tone said they (Aldi) have been out of the sour dough bread for a week, I get used to buying a certain bread and then it disappear . What bread they do have its half frozen.”
