I am writing to express my concern about the condition of your store located near me. I have been a loyal Aldi customer since the store first opened, but during my recent visit this week, I was very disappointed by how unclean and disorganized the store has become.
The store appeared quite filthy, and many areas were not maintained properly. I even took several photos to show the poor condition, but unfortunately, your website would not allow me to upload them with my message. In addition, I noticed that the quality of several products has declined, which is surprising given that prices have increased.
I understand that the store can get very busy and that some shoppers contribute to the mess. However, Aldi needs to hire more staff or improve supervision to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and safe for customers.
If this situation continues, I may reconsider shopping at this location, which would be unfortunate after being a long-time customer. I hope management takes immediate action to address these issues and restore the store’s quality and cleanliness.

If customers do the diligence between Sprouts and Publix they'll find weekly deals. And when go to the checkout they throw you the receipt. We aren't animals. Have the patience and courtesy to look eye to eye at the customers and greet them. We can shop and pay ourselves, it's better than deal with the employees attitude.
