“This is the second time they have not fulfilled a pick up order. They blame the Instacart, who they use for all pick up orders…. And Instacart blames them. I sat in the pickup spot for over 45 minutes. Called Instacart again, they advised to go in because they could not get anyone at Aldis to answer the phone. I was informed they just couldn’t see the order… could not see it???? Blamed Instacart… but had already pulled money from the account. Was told to call Instacart again. I did and they blamed the store. They did say they are the only pickup service or delivery for Aldis but since it was on the app… it’s not their issue.”
“Not happy with the price increases on staples items I purchase increasing 50 percent. Aldi was once my shop all grocery store. Now I'm shopping smarter. Shopping more with coupon bargains at other grocery stores and just stocking up. I shop less at Aldi. Was shopping weekly. Now I shop about twice a month. Finding bargains elsewhere.”
“My Honest Review of Aldi
I used to really love shopping at Aldi, but lately I’ve noticed some disappointing changes. The quality of the vegetables has gone down — many times I find produce that is already rotten and hasn’t been removed from the shelves. It’s concerning to see broken eggs sitting around, which doesn’t seem hygienic or safe.
On top of that, the stores are often missing a lot of essential items, which makes it hard to rely on Aldi for a full shopping trip. If Aldi wants to stay competitive with stores like Walmart, they need to focus more on cleanliness, freshness, and keeping shelves well-stocked.
I hope they make improvements soon, because Aldi used to be one of my favorite places to shop.”
“For the third time in a row since we started shopping at the new Dale Mabry store we have gotten bad meat! We like the prices but will NOT be purchasing meat there ever again.”
“More recently that I go to Aldi their bread shelf is nearly empty, this time the stocker with a condescending tone said they (Aldi) have been out of the sour dough bread for a week, I get used to buying a certain bread and then it disappear . What bread they do have its half frozen.”

“Aldis three pack of steaks are the worst steak we have ever had, these steaks are so tuff we ended up throwing them away and of course this happened on Mothers Day . Get a new supplier or take them off the shelf. Worst ever.👎🏽”
“Aldi is always out of things. 2 times none they were out of 2 items that I wanted to purchase. When ordering they should tell you the item is not available so you don't end up with things & have nothing to go w/it. Don't believe i will order from aldi again. Really don't appreciate the inconvenience.”
