I put in a large order of 37 items worth about $150 on their website. I've had issues before so I double check to make sure it had the correct store in there, I live in florida. When I submitted my order it sent it to Falls Church Virginia. You can't talk to the local store because they are all unlisted numbers. If you call the corporate number you get caught in the menu Loop so you can't speak to a real person. I went through and deleted 35 items manually but it forced me to leave two items in there. So I paid almost 12 bucks for an order I could not retrieve or cancel. I will never use them again.

No customer service. You email the company and never get a response. Stores are getting dirty and messy

Awful in every way. Just brought home watermelon and cut it open and it is beyond disgusting. I bought avocados. Four of the six were bad I bought plums. Every one of them was bad. I would upload all the pictures, but your site is not allowing me to. I am truly disappointed and disgusted by this.

Niceville,Fl. Bought 2 single vacuum packed Ribeye steaks. Froze two months, thawed, marinated 8 hrs. Flash fried… too tuff for human consumption… offered to our dogs and they wouldn’t touch it! What the HE(2 hockey sticks)!

Worst Grand opening on 4th Street North the new location I will not be shopping there one of my neighbors told me how he stood in line for hours just to get a $10 gift card they should have gave those first 5 people in line that was there at 4am-5am to honor their grand opening at least $100 they need to change that he also stated that while they was in line x Winn-Dixie worker pulled up and yelled about how you guys took their jobs from Winn-Dixie and those people are unemployed you guys should have hired those Winn-Dixie workers instead of allowing them to lose their job for a Germany grocery chain what about the American people

Aldi on 11100 4th street Grand opening was the worst, how you not honor people that been in lines for hours, people were there at 4am 5am and only got $10 or $20 but others got $100 and got there at the beginning of the ribbon coming, I think if people get there early after being told the day before during pre-opening that if you get there early you will get a $100 dollar gift card, stop telling people that and I think it’s sad that ex- Winn-Dixie workers had to lose their jobs for Aldi’s at least they should of hired their workers

Items Subtotal: $7.30 Checkout Bag Fee: $0.12 Delivery Fee: $1.99 Sales Tax: $0.12 Service Fee: $2.49 They said it is free delivery!! I ordered 16 chocolates and I got just two for the same fees . Nobody told me that I will get only two . I would have cancel the order . So, for the two chocolates I paid $12 instead $7.30 if I would have bought from the store . They dont have on the shelves chocolates 70% or 85% cacao but they do have online. Interesting! The products that they sell are low quality just these chocolates are worth for me to go in ALDI store . I guess I am done with it .

Horrible customer service, no training for cashiers. Today hurts abdomen due to very fast movement of the conveyor, no apologies, no help... Very upset, I am in pain...At Westlake fl 4/13/2026

The company overworks employees while managers sit around on their phones. Frequently forces people to lift 30-40 heavy objects in a timed lifting test, rejecting 95% of people who do it. Forces employees to work up to 13 hours in a "work until it's done" system. Management is not only known for being lazy but also toxic.

I purchased 3 Hickory smoked Boneless Spiral Sliced Hams last week for our Easter dinner. The spiral slicing was only less than HALF thru the hams and required A LOT OF ADDITIONAL CARVING. The hams were very tasty however, considering that the convenience of purchasing a pre-sliced ham should not require that much additional carving, certainly makes me pause in purchasing addition ones.

Customer service is non-existent. I called several numbers. All I got were excuse on a recording. I want to purchase a floor cleaner but my credit card, with no balance was declined. I tried several times. There were no attempts showing on the card. I wanted to purchase over the phone or why my card wasn’t accepted. After 30 minutes I talked to no one. I couldn’t even find a phone number for the closest store. They just don’t want to talk to you. Don’t bother calling, it’s a waste of time.

I feel that I was one of Aldi‘s biggest fans for years. But the past few years, they really have taken a turn for the worst. Their produce has gotten to the point that I no longer purchase it there. Even things like crackers have to become difficult to purchase there. It’s getting into the point that I only buy baking goods.

Aldis store opening in Boca Raton in Jewish community on Passover. Observant Jewish can not attend opening. Also, Winn Dixie closed it's doors one year ago that provided a kosher jewish section. Are the Aldis managers anti jews? I think so.

I stop by Aldo store on Day street cashier was so rude I have my items in a box and she says with attitude take out everything from the box my husband came inside and hear and ask her why you so rude why you treated her like that and says to him bring the shopping cart over here with attitude and in the end I says you know what you getting paid to to your job and I don’t want any thing when we ask her name she refuse to gave us she says I can call my mgr and I just left because I get out from hospital can even walk well but associate need to be treated customer with respect

March 21 2026 @ 10 30 a m aldi store 8 millertown pike knoxville tn 37914 Brought in a carton of molded strawberries from 1 day ago, Cashier at reg 1 had me leave the carton at her station to exchange on leaving regardless of register that I checked out on. When I went thru checkout at another register few minutes later, clerk wanted to see spoiled carton, had me go get the returned package which was not where 1st cashier left it. Had me search again for returned items which was not as cash register where I left it #1. Said he did not know what to do and charged me anyway for replacement. It wasn't price problem but I have 2 other concerns !. I had to look thru 6-8 cartons to find one that was not spoiled, or bad before I found a fresh one. 2. Someone moved the rotton carton and I couldnt replace it. Aldi's policy is to guarantee freshness and return. Instead I was treated as a potential thief or liar at checkout and the clerk would not listen. Aldi's is evidentally not really good at giving customer benefit of doubt!!!!!!!!!

I looked at my weekly ad and strawberries were $1.29, but they were showing $1.89 when I drove to the store. I contacted customer service and got an overseas representative that was rude and incompetent because she told me that they're having trouble with their website, so they're not trying to acknowledge that customers are driving to the store for strawberries that are a higher price than what's in the sale ad! If I wanted to pay more than $1.29, I can buy them at Krogers for $1.99!
