“Please do not go to Aldis for their $40 Thanksgiving special. They were out of turkeys, green beans, Hawaiian sweet rolls, poultry seasoning and pie shells. All of these were listed for the special. The store charged us $36 anyway and didn't offer to switch out the turkey for a ham or other items. Now, you tell me why we had to pay $36 without even a meat for our meal? This store was located at 2440 W Illinois, Dallas, Texas 75233”

“I always visit the Aldi's store at 905 Meacham Rd. Elk Grove Village, IL and have never had a bad experience until today (11/25/25 @ 5:15 pm) I was in self check out and this extremely rude White male named Timothy continued to rudely interrupt me as I was ringing up my purchases. He never once said excuse me or pardon me.. He has no customer service skills or manners what so ever. He accused me of not ringing up my ham and it was clearly rung up. The way he charged over at me looking through my bags and purchases as if he was unstable or off his meds. He never even apologized. I continued to pay for my purchases but once outside I thought about it and kindly went back in the store as requested a refund. A manager came out by the name of Estanfany and kindly gave me a refund. Timothy needs a course on professionalism, courtesy and how to provide exceptional service. I will no longer shop at Aldi's in Elk Grove. Thank you”

“The Aldi store in atascocita has some of the worst employees I have ever seen at a store not to discount the begger that lays out at the front doors everyday begging for money the other day he was laying laying right there at the sidewalk with his little can shaking it and then commented about me being a trump donor and not donating to him it was just disgusting I refuse to go there the girl runs around the store hollering you got 10 minutes to shop 10 minutes to still be closing and then I get to the checkout and there's 20 people in line and no checker the checkers in the back putting groceries up so come on man what gives your prices are not that great where I have to go back and put up with the abuse I can go to Kroger or H-E-B get better customer service and better prices so thanks but no thanks your store really sucks”

“SR 44 in 32168, had cash went threw cash checkout, a senior woman 5:50 pm 11/23/25, took my food an didn't set it in the basket I had 10 packs of hotdogs she grabbed 3 at a time threw them into the basket like she was angry tearing open 3 packages, I gave her cash looked at my groceries scattered in the basket, I said mam can I replace these you threw everything so hard it ripped open a couple packages, she said its not my fault, Im trying to hurry. She turned an ignored me an started to ring up the next customer so I grabbed my stuff an walked off, she didn't offer a receipt, I think I walked off without my change, I figure no receipt given keeps her identity hidden so I dont have a name. I felt like a Dog how this lady just throws my food like its discarded trash in the basket, thats no way to treat paying customers. Hope she treats other customers better. People standing in line were shocked an confused to. Not good, Do better.”

“Every single time I have gone here I'm paying less and less because I'm not buying as much because I'm not coming as often and they're only a few items now that absolutely have to have here because your service sucks your products are smaller everything is more expensive I'm waiting in the line today and it's nice new cashier cause people from the back of the line to be serviced in a fresh line while we've been waiting in her line and I had to wait another 10 minutes for her to f****** finish. I am so over y'all. I used to brag about y'all not anymore. And your produce sucks no no”

“Yea we have purchased ribs from Aldi for years the last four times purchased they were, Sour bad got refunded yea but this is still happening, Contacted the main office they act none concern so we’re done buying meat at Aldi”

“If I could give less I would. The store on Old Spanish Trail in Houston Texas zip 77044 has horrible customer service. The manager and a customer got into a shouting match on Friday October 31, Halloween night in the store with customers. Even if the customer was wrong there's a way to do everything when dealing with people. Im a manager myself and the managers behavior was appalling and embarrassing to say the least. I will not spend my money in an establishment where the leader has no common sense and no control.”

“I don't understand how a store can not give a person a chance to work there even though they have no experience but is willing to learn the company so they have a chance at doing somethjng better in their life but I guess they don't want to train inexperience people so I will not be doing any shopping there and will let family and friends know that aldis is prejudice of people they hire”

“I have decided not to shop at Aldi due to the disgusting commercial recently on TV. There is no reason to promote “hog behavior” by these young men. Can you imagine what boys might try now at a dinner table?”

“Store manager at the Garfield store horrible he's a horrible manager he don't know how to talk to people you don't know how to talk to the customers trying to report him they're not helping they don't care about their workers at that store store 98 Garfield road he's very rude his approaches horrible he's a micro manager he don't appreciate good workers if you say something about him or against him going to his deal he'll retaliate you by cutting your hours I try over and over again to get help all these don't care about their workers that's sad.”

“I love your stores here in El Cajon California I am from Berlin Germany I know theses stores very well, however your employees have the worse customer service, the cashier older lady and your lady manager, why are you hiring people lake that, they don’t have any special training the lack of customer service shines really bad.”

“Does anyone think the latest commercials are completely disgusting? A group of glutinous, I'll mannered boys ravenously devour the table and mom thinks that's normal. My parents would have NEVER put up with that behavior. Won't shop there if they think that's acceptable.”

“Use to be the BEST. now they suck, staff packs grocery for people not in store, people in store have no people to help them. U must be a cashier. They have only 1 person run register per store, while 3 people pick food for lazy people then they car to car, never asked my 76 year old body for help. Keep up catering to lazy people.”

“I shopped at the Moreland Ave., Aldi‘s in Atlanta and I was very disappointed with the amount of produce that had mold on them and when I complained to two of the employees they acted like, oh well, that’s the way it is. I didn’t know Aldi‘s was going downhill”

“Aldi's is not for me. First, it looks like a trash heap. It is not visually appealing in any way. Meat prices are great, but all of it is butchered and packaged in a factory. The grass-fed ground beef is from, of all places, Australia. I could not find common spices such as fennel and whole cloves. And what is with the junk aisles of sundry and miscellaneous things that have nothing to do with groceries? There was one guy who, I think, worked there. And what is the deal with the grocery carts? I bought nothing. I will not be going back.”

“Couldn't contact customer service no matter how many numbers I tried with a yes or no question, they want sku numbers, personal info,what store ,what time. I finally tried a corporate number but they were closed. Trying tomorrow. Here's the number for corporate. 1-630-879-8100. There's no customer service!!!”

“Love the Aldi grocery store however there is a very rude unengaging and almost mean-spirited cashier at the Aldi at Garfield and 18 mile in Clinton Township. She is very rude to customers is very short in her answers to very simple questions. This has not been observed once or twice, but every time I have ever encountered her, I have seen her be rude to others as well. I am not sure what her name is, but she is a middle age to slightly older Caucasian woman. She has long hair and wears glasses. Everyone else at this location are kind and helpful.”
