“One star is because I am giving reviews for Aldi and do not want to trash the one that is perfect! I went to the Aldi in Lewisville, TX yesterday 8/27/25. it is located on 1518 Main Street, Lewisville, Tx. I do not often go to Lewisville but decided to go while I was close by. I did not buy that much because at the front door where I expected to see an electric cart, there was only a wheel chair that I had to push. That limited what I could purchase because walking very much is very difficult. As I passed an isle, I saw a gentleman putting up wine and he had an Aldi patch. By this time, I had gotten a cart. I said to him and while I was concerned, I was not rude. I said it would have been a good idea to put these carts where the handicapped can see them when they enter the store. I had no idea where they were. I had finally asked the clerk after I was about leave my cart as I could no long walk comfortably. She said, "they must be in use." Then she walked over and said there they are. There were two and were not plugged in but thankfully one worked, it was the first one I chose. But back to my conversation with Jay who I found out later was a MGR. He did not appear to have very good people skills because he was very defensive. I say that because I told him I did finally find those carts but neither were plugged in. He responded, "they do not need to be charged everyday." A qualified store manager or employee should be open to assisting customers or at least answer in a kind manner. Another issue I had that day was to show the clerk that I had a return. Her reply was, I cannot give you a return/credit with out the item. I said, I would never carry rotten meat in to a store nor should any customer do it. I did say, I have a picture of it. She said, I still cannot do it. I said if you see the picture you will know why it is a problem. Still she refused. I then asked her to plz call a Mgr. About that time a gentlemen walked out and he patiently listened, looked at the photo and said I cannot give you a cash refund but a store credit. I said fine. I appreciated he did look at the picture. I will have to come back and post the pics that I have for them to see. For your information, it was a deli sliced turkey, obviously packed by a human with Aldi but in addition to 3 slices of turkey, some one made a sandwich and partially wrapped it with paper towel. Incidently, I reported that day to Corporate when this happened but never heard anything, I believe they acknowledged my email but crickets after then. I would have expected some sort of an alert. This made me question the company by no response. However, I am still an Aldi customer and will continue to be; I would like to give a shout out to my local Aldi in Carrollton, very close to my zip code. I have been going there since they opened several years ago. I have always enjoyed going there! Everytime everyone could not have been nicer! I did return a jar of mayo there that was not going to be eaten. They cheerfully, refunded my purchase with a smile. I even said to them, since your labels are totally different, I wish you would offer a taste test. They replied, no need, anything you are not pleased with, we refund no questions asked. They did not require a receipt either. This location is on Old Denton, Carrollton, TX. I will just stay in my zip code.”

“This is unfortunate because I love aldi. At my ft pierce stores there’s never any food left in the evening. I work in the am by the time I get off aldi shelf’s are wiped clean. I mean completely out of all meats by 4 pm. This has been 4 days after work I went only Italian sausage. I’m not sure why they won’t order at least enough food for an entire day seems kinda crazy to turn away all these evening shoppers due to lack of food. At this point I guess I’ll just have to find somewhere else to shop since I’m only waisting time by even stopping there after 4pm. Wish this could get fixed but until then I guess I’ll shop elsewhere. I should’ve taken photos of how empty the store was youd think there going out of business. There were over a dozen people here just as confused as me as to why there would be no food. We were told by the associates that there’s food in the am and we needed to shop early. I Went to the other aldi by i95 and Home Depot. This Aldi was worst. I didn’t think they could have less food there but to my surprise they had NOTHING in any cooler fresh or frozen. I guess I’m just not used to the grocery store running out of everything everyday.”

“I placed my order through door dash but ALDI is responsible for giving the BOGO’s! Where are my free extra dozen eggs and my free bacon? I want a reimbursement or my items filled correctly!! ALDI is responsible for my missing items! Melissa Richards. Very disappointed in ALDI’s customer service, especially with Bunny! She doesn’t care about customers at all!!!”

“Customer service is the worst at Yorkville NY store. Corporate does not care how badly customers are treated and the employees know it so they feel empowered to give bad customer service. Long lines,poor service are not worth saving a buck!”

“We have bought two pizzas from aldis, one was the thin crust the other was a large regular crust! They were both horrible, both tasted like cardboard, it was probably the worst pizza I have ever had, those little totinos pizzas are a 100% better, STAY AWAY FROM THE PIZZAS AT ALDIS!”

“Let me start by saying I love Aldi. I shop here every week and have been for 10 years. So let me tell you what I felt when I walked into my Toms River Aldi and the entire store was for lack of a better term randomized. Nothing is where it was, nothing is in a good spot, the store was great to shop at before and some absolutely worthless suit, pseudo-human garbage decided that the stores all needed to look the same. Disgusted, frustrated, annoyed and as usual it's the fault of garbage stuffed into a suit. Horrible choice Aldi. Fire that person who decided to move our store around.”

“I stopped at aldi on waukegan rd in waukegan IL today around 4:20 pm I grabbed what I needed went to the registertheres nobody there and there's 2 people there already waiting I waited for a while nobody showed up I just think that the emoyees should realize that that's how they get the money to pay them because there were a couple of employees putting up some merchandise.”

“Went to the Aldi's in Cambridge Ohio and they shut the bathrooms down employees only signs on not temporary signs either said do to unloading the trucks ok for them to use won't be going to any Aldi's anymore”

“The refrigeration went out in the Webster NY store. It was covered and marked with Do Not Enter tape. Went in a few days later and bought Salmon and Soy milk. I got food poisoning for two weeks. I will never buy anything from the refrigerated sections again.”

“I have gone to Aldi's 3 times in 3 years. Each time I went, I got produce which was bad. I complained the first time and it took more than a week to respond and then they said, you should have bought it back to the store. Well after 2 weeks, it's gone sticking up my frig I went and bought carrots, went to use them 4 days later, they were slimy as hell. This is from a new store so you know what you need to close down”
