“I stopped at aldi on waukegan rd in waukegan IL today around 4:20 pm I grabbed what I needed went to the registertheres nobody there and there's 2 people there already waiting I waited for a while nobody showed up I just think that the emoyees should realize that that's how they get the money to pay them because there were a couple of employees putting up some merchandise.”

“Went to the Aldi's in Cambridge Ohio and they shut the bathrooms down employees only signs on not temporary signs either said do to unloading the trucks ok for them to use won't be going to any Aldi's anymore”

“The refrigeration went out in the Webster NY store. It was covered and marked with Do Not Enter tape. Went in a few days later and bought Salmon and Soy milk. I got food poisoning for two weeks. I will never buy anything from the refrigerated sections again.”

“Bought chicken yesterday July 11th expired on July 4th. Unfortunately we live 30 miles away. Not worth taking back. Just a shame the employees didn't rotate the stock.”

“I have gone to Aldi's 3 times in 3 years. Each time I went, I got produce which was bad. I complained the first time and it took more than a week to respond and then they said, you should have bought it back to the store. Well after 2 weeks, it's gone sticking up my frig I went and bought carrots, went to use them 4 days later, they were slimy as hell. This is from a new store so you know what you need to close down”

“5 out of 6 items on your computer site are not in the store. There is no way to call and check before I load my wheelchair in the van, get a helper only to find you do not have the products listed. No one to talk to on the phone before I take the trip to the store. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE.”

“Let me start by saying this was my third time shopping at this Aldi since moving to Bel Air in April. Unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing—but this last one sealed the deal. I sent my husband to the store to grab the last few ingredients we needed for dinner. While he was there, I was on the phone with him when I heard him ask a store associate for assistance. The woman he spoke to directed him to a man named Jeff. Jeff’s attitude toward my husband was rude and unprofessional. His tone was dismissive and unwelcoming, and frankly, there was no reason for that kind of behavior. My husband was simply asking for help. Customer service matters—especially when you’re dealing with people in your community. Jeff, if you’re reading this, I hope you take a moment to reflect. Every person deserves to be treated with respect, and you never know who you’re talking to. A little kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience was the final straw. We won’t be returning to this location again.”

“The new orange juice caps are impossible to open. I have had to return all of my orange juice in the last month simply because I can’t open it. They took a month off of making orange juice to replace the cap. Makes it impossible to open. I now go to Walmart to purchase my orange juice.”

“I shop at Aldi at least 3 to 4 times a week and every time I go in there is one checker. Everyone is either not around or doing other work. This is not customer service nor putting the customer first making people wait in long lines and only having one checker sometimes they open up another register but they haven’t lately and and that’s not always enough. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go in there there’s one register open and even if it’s a long line, they do not have another checker open or register. This is the Aldi store in North Aurora on Oak Street.”

“Been there twice and disappointed both times. You can find cheaper canned tuna at other stores and ground beef was twice the price as Food Lion which is not knowed to be inexpensive.”

“$15 for 12 Burger Patties? Seriously Overpriced! I couldn’t believe it—$15 for a pack of 12 burger patties? That’s way too expensive for something so basic. The quality wasn’t even impressive enough to justify the price. There are plenty of places selling patties for much less, and honestly, this felt like a complete rip-off. If you want value, look elsewhere—this is just outrageous.”

“I don't know why everybody thinks his store is so great and such a healthy store it's not and they keep changing it every year They used to have really good toilet paper for a great price I used to have really good paper towels for a great price now the toilet paper is like sandpaper and they keep changing the paper towels every few months and and they're less of them they're no good and they're charging us more stop it”
