“Aldi prices have increased alot and other grocery stores are cheaper I've had to throw away produce from Aldi as it was rotten.. Won't be going back.”

“Been there twice and disappointed both times. You can find cheaper canned tuna at other stores and ground beef was twice the price as Food Lion which is not knowed to be inexpensive.”

“$15 for 12 Burger Patties? Seriously Overpriced! I couldn’t believe it—$15 for a pack of 12 burger patties? That’s way too expensive for something so basic. The quality wasn’t even impressive enough to justify the price. There are plenty of places selling patties for much less, and honestly, this felt like a complete rip-off. If you want value, look elsewhere—this is just outrageous.”

“I don't know why everybody thinks his store is so great and such a healthy store it's not and they keep changing it every year They used to have really good toilet paper for a great price I used to have really good paper towels for a great price now the toilet paper is like sandpaper and they keep changing the paper towels every few months and and they're less of them they're no good and they're charging us more stop it”

“My husband and I decided to check out the Aldi store in Tempe, Az. We were very disappointed at the lack of product. It reminded me of a store that specializes in expiring items. But we thought we would give them a try. Today is May 4th, the pork chops we purchased are marked freeze or use by May 7. When my son opened the package, the whole house stunk. They were slimy and bad. Had to throw them away. Never, ever, will we shop there again.”

“I have had a terrible experience with this product. I couldn't even get my doggie to eat the fish. I made up two meals of the fish and I was absolutely disgusted with my fillets. Over half of the box had nothing but fish skins rolled up. It was gross.”

“Customer service in Berlin MD store was horrible, referring to the male cashier and female manager on duty!!..I had a issue with my card and the cashier also overcharged me on a few items, but had a very careless attitude when I returned to the store to settle the problem...The Store manager was very rude and although she proceeded to address my issue, she was making statements about them trying to close up the store for the day, making me feel as if I was inconveniencing them when they are the ones who made the error,...she was rushing and throwing my items around roughly as if she didn't want to be bothered..there was no reason for them to treat me in that manner, I was not rude or upset but they continued to be unprofessional!!..”

“i went into the store late in the evening and they were out of the items i needed. I placed an online order for next day pickup. all items said they were in stock and would be ready for pickup. my pickup time was 2pm-3pm. When I arrived to pickup my order. I checked in via the text message i received and said what make, model, and color vehicle I was in. I sat for over 20 minutes before finally going in and asking for help and the employees said they never got notified that I was there. They put together my order, and could not complete the order. Only 4 of my 8 items were available even though the day before it said everything was in stock and ready. They charged me for all the items, and now I have to wait days for a refund...I will never order from Aldi online ever again. And i dont know if i will shop there very often anymore. This purchase was for a gift and now Im empty handed the day before...”

“At the Niagara Falls, NY location is a cashier who is consistently rude to customers. Today she shut down the kiosk register right as I walked up to it, I saw her look at me when she did it too as she had no customers in her line. Mind you this is a store that consistently has issues with having scanning guns and guns that work. This wasn't the cashiers only problem, she told me that the store prefers when customers unload all their groceries and scan them one by one, mind you I had a flat of 24 cans of cat food plus at least a dozen other items. There would not have been room on the little shelf even if I had wanted to needlessly unload and reload my cart. It's appalling that Aldi's wants customers to use the self-checkout and then makes it difficult to do so and to top it off hires a cashier that is rude to customers.”

“I purchased Friendly Farms Almond milk (80 Cal) on August 9, 2024. I store the milk in my fridge which runs at 45 degrees F. Today, August 20, 2024, when I wanted to use this milk, I discovered that it went bad: thick and slimy. The best before date is Oct 2 2024 07:14 DL C1. This is the 3rd incidents with this same product. I will never purchase Friendly Farms product any longer.”

“Was much easier when the paper bags had handles on them ,I drive for instacart and it is not easy to carry the customers groceries specially up to an apartment if you can only take one bag at a time with no handles ..you got rid of plastic congrats now put the handles back on the sacks”

“I bought the Parmesan Garlic and Herb Pita chips after about 1.3 years. Before that, I had bought them weekly for years. I weaned myself off carbs and decided to treat myself, today. It was like eating tasteless cardboard. Not only that but their prices have gone up and quality/amount gone down. Grocery Outlet is where I will go now.”

“1. In AZ the store opens at 9 am, it's too hot to wait until then. The store closes at 5 pm, that's ridiculous. 2. Pay for a cart! WHAT??? 3. Pay for a bag?? Really? 4. Walmart and Winco stores are far better, they have great prices and larger selections. I'm not impressed with Aldi as a first time customer, won't be going back. 59th ave & Bell rd. Glendale, AZ. 1 out of 10. 1 being not satisfied. Erin Duffy”

“Bought grocery at aldi #55 was double charged for t paper .tried calling no answer. It would cost 4 dollars in gas to collect 5.29& tax. Seems like no customer service??”

“Would you want to shop at a grocery store that does not honor their weekly advertisements? Aldi's central customer service has reconfirmed that if their weekly newspaper add does not match the add in the local store then the store manger does not need to honor it. This happened again at the Aldi Fairfax Blvd store. It happened to me and it can also happen to you!!! The weekly Aldi Washington Post add showed butter $1.69 per pound limit 4. Normal store price is $2.02. The store manager declined to honor the sale price on my $30 order as it was different from the in-store advertisement flyer. The good news is the Lidel's new store will be opening in Fairfax City in the next two or three weeks so you will no longer need to be subjected to this type of unsatisfactory bait and switch service..”
