“I love shopping at Aldi. Prices, selections, produce, personnel. Om disappointed lately with the stores that installed the self check lines. Most are never open, leaving customers to wait on long lines. If theft is an issue then Aldi must find a workaround so they can keep the self check lines open. Other stores have been doing it successfully for years. Maybe just hire someone to manage the self check lines. Thank you.

“Just want to say with inflation and taxes and everything the USA is going through. Aldi's takes care of the customer. I have been there 2 times and I always shop and kroger or walmart. By going to Aldi's I saved 1/2 of my grocery money. No gimics or savings cards or anything just that's their prices and I got tons more for my money. instead of like Kroger I can feed my family one or 2 meals for 160.00 dollars a week I just was able to feed my family for 2 weeks on 70.00. Just saying if you want to save money go there. you won't regret it and the fruits and vegetable are so fresh that they last unlike kroger where it gets slimy or bad with in 2 days or walmart where it is the same thing. over priced garbage. I am so happy I went to Aldi's . I was actually able to afford my produce and the meat prices are reasonable. I am extactic. Save $$$$$$$$”
“1. In AZ the store opens at 9 am, it's too hot to wait until then. The store closes at 5 pm, that's ridiculous.
2. Pay for a cart! WHAT???
3. Pay for a bag?? Really?
4. Walmart and Winco stores are far better, they have great prices and larger selections. I'm not impressed with Aldi as a first time customer, won't be going back.

“Had a credit card and cash mix up at store in Brandermill VA. Went to local Aldis in Chesterfield Va for advice on how to remedy the error. Spoke with Manager Lisa who took the time to explain and apply corrected charges. Her dedication and concern for our situation was amazing. Please consider a merit bonus for her outstanding customer service.”
“I am writing this review because I was broken hearted to learn this week that the Winchester, Indiana, Aldi store will be closing in a couple of weeks. I am 77 years old and will soon need to drive several miles to find a store that comes close to our Aldi store. It is tops in management, food quality, and cleanliness.”

“Would you want to shop at a grocery store that does not honor their weekly advertisements?
Aldi's central customer service has reconfirmed that if their weekly newspaper add does not match the add in the local store then the store manger does not need to honor it. This happened again at the Aldi Fairfax Blvd store. It happened to me and it can also happen to you!!!
The weekly Aldi Washington Post add showed butter $1.69 per pound limit 4. Normal store price is $2.02. The store manager declined to honor the sale price on my $30 order as it was different from the in-store advertisement flyer. The good news is the Lidel's new store will be opening in Fairfax City in the next two or three weeks so you will no longer need to be subjected to this type of unsatisfactory bait and switch service..”
“I recently purchased a ski jacket and trousers from Aldi in Wishaw Scotland. Both items really good quality, so much so that I went back to the store for another pair, unfortunately they had sold out , but they still had them online and because they cost under twenty pounds delivery was extra, so being Scottish I decided to purchase wild bird seed, order was now over twenty pounds, so no delivery charges, which pleased both me and my feathered friends. Thank you all at Aldi.”

“Quite surprised at the bargains I've been buying. I like to eat fresh products. I was buying rocket,watercress,and salmon. This can be expensive elsewhere I was pleased to find aldis sold packs of fresh rocket,watercress and spinach all in the one bag. For under £1. Also the salmon is cheaper than my previous supermarket. There's also other surprises as you go along. Like flatbeds. I don't see them in other shops.”
