“When I asked my spouse why she was deleting all of the messages from her phone, she told me that her memory was full and she needed more space, which sounded too good to be true. She had been doing this frequently for the past few days, not realizing that I was spying on her. “Horrific experience... No body has to work with this people especially if you are outside of Lesotho 🥺. They lie with delay tactics clueless. Their 4-6 weeks turns into months. Claim made in November to date nothing.”

“THE ONLY PERSON TO ASK TO SPEAK TO AT ALEXANDER FORBES IS BONGANI AS HE KNOWS HOW TO CONDUCT HIMSELF WELL ON THE PHONE. OTHERS NEED TO BE TRAINED TO TALK TO CLIENTS IN A WAY THAT CALMS THEM DOWN AFTER BEING FRUSTARTED BY THE WAY THEY DO THEIR BUSINESS.”
