“No communication with our financial advisor + secretary. It was wonderful in the past, what happened??? AF still has my old address from 2 years ago. I have filled out forms to change that a long time ago. No response!”

“Hi Your turn around time for pension claims are unacceptable!!! Claim loaded on 25/11/24, verified ONLY on 31/1/25!!! Now going to take 6-8 weeks from 31/1/25 to be paid out! This is incompetence at the highest level and totally unacceptable. Your excuse for being short staffed over the festive period sucks. This matter needs to be investigated asap.”
