Since I have claimed my profidentfunds in 17 September till today nothing when I. Trace it always is on tax application whe u phone no one to answer whe you send emails they don't respond worse company ever am going to withdraw all my investment with them

I am not sure why companies bother to invest our hard earned money with this company. My first bad experience with this company was when I was moving employers and needed to take a portion from my provident fund. This company saw nothing wrong in me waiting longer than their stipulated time. I needed to make endless follow ups then to get my money. I am now dealing with the same level of uncaring and incompetence with the 2 pot claim. I have been waiting for my money since the 19th of September 24 and today it's the 16th of October 24. How do you explain the 21 days waiting period in that. You are the absolute worst as the company, it's as if no one cares about customers feelings of frustration and anxiety waiting for the unknown. The 2 pot was implemented to give Employees a reprieve to attend to pressing debt but through all the red tapes one jumps through to get this money through your company, you are as good as not existing.

Terrible service. Worst company to deal with. No customer service at all. I applied for the two pot system on 9 September and to date nothing. Whatsapp doesnt work, they dont respond to emails and there call centre is automated and just drops call with no assistance to the customer. I would give it zero staff if I could

Submitted my claim on the 9th of September its 15th October today and i get a massage saying my bank rejected payment into my acc. And i need to call that number that i have to hold for the whole day. Wow waited 6weeks for my money every one that claimed after me got their money. Now i have to write emails and calls that are never unswered. Im so depressed

Awaiting claim payout... Submitted my claim on the 8thSep....yesterday it showed payment submitted but today it shows again claim registered.... So how can the claim go from payment back to claim registered...

It’s like no one is there to help you,password reset system is a nightmare! I only get password reset messages via sms and the password dosnt even update.The email option dosnt even send through the links.I tried to call without any success of any one answering,email auto response states that they will get back to me after 3 days and yet it’s been weeks now.For a big brand this is a huge disappointment.

Claim was submitted on 5 September, only for Alexander Forbes to send me an sms on 8 October to say SARS has rejected my tax application and I need to follow up with SARS and advise A/Forbes once the issue has been resolved - only to find out A/Forbes has submitted incorrect ID Number to SARS (don't know how this can happen when they have all the correct details), hence application was rejected. Now you cannot get a hold of anyone at A/Forbes as you constantly speak to an automated machine!!!

What a disappointing service, I submitted my 2pot claim 6 September but no communication or proper feedback received. I have submitted all required documents multiple times but still nothing happens. I get a different story whenever I call and no response to emails. Worst company

I have send multiple emails and phoned in multiple times. I haven’t received any call back from the calls I have logged. My next step is taking this to all social media pages I currently have about how Alex Forbes treat their clients and the service they provide. IT’S NOT YOUR MONEY IT IS MY MONEY YOU ARE MESSING WITH. I have asked nicely in the beginning to get my claim paid out when it reached 4 weeks and after 5 weeks I got an email back saying it now will take up to 8 weeks I have expenses I want to pay off with MY MONEY that you guys are withholding from me. If I don’t receive my money by next week I will post all the screenshots I took of every email I have send and all the times I have phoned in and didn’t receive any feedback! You are causing people to not be able to get their money and not being able to pay their expenses or what so ever they need it for ! There is a REASON I withdrew my fund and have explained also via email to get MY MONEY and this just shows how much you care for your clients and OUR MONEY. I have been nice from the start and even explained my situation and why I need MY MONEY. I will expose everything through social media and will make sure to take this up with my lawyer how you provide false information that we will receive pay out BETWEEN 4-6 weeks and how you send an email stating it now will take 6-8 weeks Alex Forbes is definitely not a company I would recommend to anyone to do business with

I sent in a two pot claim on the 8 September till today it is saying claim disinvestment for 8 days today.Um at a stage where i want to move my money from this company.All my colleagues got paid exept me.I got an email after i complained to say that i must give the claim 20 days.Guess what it is 20 days today

I made my 2 pot claim on the 04 of Sept 24 since then nothing happened except that it says claim registered but the people who claim after me they did get their money Your call Centre never answered call. I was on hold for 50 mins nothing happens. Your WhatsApp still not working for a month, you promised clients that you respond to emails within 48 hours, well its been a week and half since I sent my email. Why your service is horrible whereas you claim to the public that you are the best company. I wonder why my employer decided to move from Sanlam to you. Your service is unprofessional and you careless about your clients

THIS IS THE WORST COMMUNICATION I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH , No answer no feedback no freaking nothing . i submitted the correct details and it still shows 19 days claim register , how can you call them if they don't even answer what about those that is not by the means to sue company fones, disgusting pathetic
