“Resigned, did complete withdrawal . The claim not processed and yet AF consultants calling me on reinvestment options. My previous company has shown them proof of submission of my claim . It went all quiet. AF are the biggest mafias and crooks”

“This ia the worst service I have ever experienced my last day at my previous employer was 31 Dec 2024 to date no payment made after numerous follow ups its been almost 5 months now, no direct feedback or information just keeps saying the claim is in process… 😡😡😡😡😡 4-6 weeks has turn into 5 months without progress”

“Administrator Daniel Iipinge from Windhoek is not honest at all. Everytime you call, its a different story. Why only start working on a claim when the client follows up. Service delivery at its worst. Alexander Forbes get your house inorder!”

“I don't no how many time I've sent emails enquiring about my claim the constants tell different stories.. Its been six weeks now. “I'm disappointed. It's about to be 3 months now and I have not received a payout, consultants are just clueless, they tell me different stories. They seem to not care at all. They no sense of urgency to help their clients! How long should I wait? a year?”

“Very poor service, my last contribution was made to you guys from my previous employee on the 10th of December yet the funds were only requested for disinvestment today, what were you'll doing for 21 days. My last day at work was on the 1st of November so no income since then. I hope you think if this when you having a fancy lunch or taking your kids shopping knowing you deprived a family of this. Unbelievable behavior from a company we trust with our hard earned money.”

“Every single phone call for the past 3 months they have said they can't do anything it's still processing. But no more details can be given. Everything is processing. Noone is helpful or gives more info. How many more months must we wait for everything to be done processing?”
