Delivered two weeks late. Luka bag broke down after three weeks of using it. It’s not a luxury brand. It’s just targeted towards luxury brand owners. Material is very cheap.

Very unhappy with the service, I’ve had the bag for 5 and a half months, I received it at my baby shower and the lining is already ripped for no apparent reason, I am unable to return the bag or get a new one, I just am very upset as this bag is so expensive and should last more than 5 months !

When you pay over $250 for a nappy bag, you expect design and material quality. Unfortunately, this is not my experience from my Alf bag. 1.The tassels on the front of the bag kept falling off...after the fourth time, I stopped asking my husband to squeeze them back on. 2. The back pocket is designed so poorly, you struggle to get anything in and out of the pocket because the top notch is placed far too close to it. This becomes a pain if you travel- can't access keys, wallet, phone quickly or easily. 3. Although the bag looked beautiful on arrival, it quickly became so clumsy to use that I have hardly used it at all. I feel like I was duped into buying a "stylish" bag.

For items that aren't cheap, not giving a refund only exchange on black Friday sale items is disappointing. Its expensive enough having a baby let alone not getting my money back. I also had to pay postage to send it back. The shoulder strap was to tight, how can it go over your shoulder and have a baby in the other arm, im sure this would mean a refund NOT exchange.

I have been sent the wrong colour bag (received brown instead of black) and nobody is responding to my emails and there is no contact telephone number provided.

Hi Jeanne, Thanks for your message here. We have been trying to reach you since the 1st of October to resolve this issue. After several emails we sent a text to you on Monday from our mobile, asking for you to make contact. Today we have left a voicemail for you. please call on 0493 087 710 as we are holding a replacement order for your Black Ari & are really wanting to get this resolved for you as soon as possible, please make contact so we can get you the correct item you ordered ASAP.

Unfortunately I received a faulty Ari bag. The lining ripped after only a few uses. This should not happen on a bag that costs over $300 on sale ($399rrp) but I understood that these things happen sometimes. I wanted the same bag again, so I contacted Alf customer service to ask if I could send the faulty one back and receive a new one. They told me that I was unable to get a replacement as i had purchased it when it was 20% off and that they were now full price again. Alf customer service were also quite poor at replying to emails. I did receive a refund 2 weeks after sending it back, but I am disappointed in the whole process.
