“3 stars only because the delivery was amazing for my order and my replacement order other then that, my replacement bottle of perfume is still slightly defective but since i love the perfume i dedcided to keep it as i could not be bothered to go through the process of sending it back and having to worry about not being in to get my package because i am working. There could be an issue with the whole batch....”

“I'd give 5 stars but I found the items cheaper on john Lewis like ie the estee lauder blocked. Thought I was packing myself a deal for£99 and its 68 on john Lewis”

Further to your review, our standard delivery service has a delivery aim of 2-3 business days following dispatch. We can see from your tracking that your order was dispatched on the 2nd of December and delivered on the 5th. We do offer some next day service options at our checkout if you ever require a faster service.

Thank you for your review. Our delivery aim for our standard tracked service for the is Mainland UK is 2-3 business days after dispatch. However for the Scottish highlands & Islands, including Northern Ireland, we have a delivery aim of 4-5 business days after dispatch. If you ever require a faster service our Special Delivery option is available for Northern Ireland and can be selected at checkout.

We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service on this occasion. We can see that your order was dispatched within 2 days of receipt and arrived 2 days later. Our standard service has a delivery aim of 2-3 business days following dispatch, however we do offer several UK next day options including a courier should you ever require a faster service.

“Arrived in good time and I bought opium edp 90ml which I use all the time. This time I’m not convinced it’s the real thing. It doesn’t last and just doesn’t smell right. I’ve used allbeauty in and off for years since it was cheapsmells.. but I don’t think I will be using you again.”

Thank you for your feedback. We buy all our YSL fragrances directly so all our Opium eau de parfums should arrived in perfect condition every time. If you use the same fragrance regularly over a long period of time you can become a little 'nose blind' to it. This can be checked by avoiding the fragrance for a week or so and then trying it again. However if you still have concerns about this perfume and feel it maybe a faulty bottle please let us know.

“Me and my friend ordered same perfume in the same time, considering the lower price I was very excited to get the perfume, all good until both of us showed each other pictures with our new purchase .. I’ve been a little bit shocked seeing 2 different boxes more exactly 2 different written (thick letters and the other one normal letters, one made in Uk the other made in France , I don’t if each country made different boxes for same perfume but I hope is not a fake one, I made many purchases from this website thinking it’s the cheapest one I don’t wanna be disappointed”

Depending on the manufacturer the packaging can vary slightly from area to area, however the content or core product is the same. Brands do also update their product packaging from time to time. “To be honest i have ordered so many times from allbeauty and i have nothing at all on the delivery or the packaging i always get my products on time and in good condition but i have noticed that the perfume doesnt last at all on your body and it got me thinking what if its fake .... i really want to order some perfumes but i have that uncertainty at the back of my mind because i only ever buy eau de perfum which should last longer on your skin than eau de toilette because its more concentrated . I am going to find a way to test their perfume for authenticity and i will write another review if i get answers .”

All our fragrances should arrive in pristine condition and be exactly as you would expect from any high street chemist or department store. Our products are sourced from reputable brands and beauty wholesalers and on the rare occasion an item arrives damaged or faulty in some way we are always happy to resolve these issues for our customers.
