A seguito del tuo feedback, siamo molto dispiaciuti di apprendere ciò. La maggior parte dei pacchi con ColisPrive andrà a un punto di raccolta nelle vicinanze invece di essere consegnata all'indirizzo indicato. Questo è quindi il più adatto per i clienti in modo che possano organizzare il ritiro quando sono liberi di farlo. Se hai problemi con gli orari di apertura, contatta il deposito locale per ulteriore assistenza.

“I have been a shopper on AB for absolute years but recent experience has left me questioning if I'll bother to use again. Parcel was apparently delivered but I received nothing, home all day and wasn't notified it had arrived, contacted All Beauty - had to write a letter, still out of pocket, still none the wiser about my order, and still awaiting a response - customer service / lack of is disappointing.”

We can see that there is an ongoing investigation into this for you so you will hear back from us with an update very soon. Unfortunately the double Easter Bank holiday has delayed our usual time frames a little and we apologise for any disappointment this may have caused.
