“I purchased a very expensive product from Allbeauty based specifically on the description and pictures on the website. I was extremely disappointed to receive a product that differed from this description and returned for a refund. As of today I have not received my refund.”

Returns back to us can take up to 30 business days. As soon as our warehouse confirms to us that they have this return, we will contact us.

La maggior parte dei pacchi con ColisPrive andrà a un punto di raccolta nelle vicinanze invece di essere consegnata all'indirizzo indicato. Questo è quindi il più adatto per i clienti in modo che possano organizzare il ritiro quando sono liberi di farlo.
