When ordering it will show they have stock, but no delivery was received which they then don’t respond and can’t be contacted. They take your money and pre-order the goods which means waiting longer than they advertise. Still waiting for a refund. Nightmare company...avoid!

Ordered 72litre tank it arrived smashed to pieces .have opened 2 refund tickets without one reply...Still waiting..cant speak to anyone at customer services...never ordering from them again.so now I have a cardboard box full of glass sitting in my di ing room and still, waiting for a returns label absolutely rubbish service

Like all the other reviewers have said, AVIOD. I bought the 2000ef+ external filter. First of Al the UV light came broken, which was a easy resolution, I just bought another one. The main problem is the filter leaks. It leakes from the one of the clips. I don't mean just a simple leak, I mean the filter was spraying water like a water pistol. I have contacted all pond solutions and raised ticket after ticked from there support centre. I have sent pictures, I have sent videos but nothing has been done. Like other reviewers have said, all I get is stupid replies asking have I checked the o ring, or the seals or the taps. Even though I have explained many many many times it's leaking from the canister and not any of the seals or taps. It has now been 1 week since my first contact with all pond solutions about the leaking filter and I'm still none the wiser to what they are waiting for. I requested a replacement but no answer, I requested a refund, no answer. All I get is silly messages back with no one actually trying to resolve a faulty filter they sold. Avoid all pond solutions. There products are OK but the after care and service is non existing.

Bought a wave maker, developed fault, seller refused to refund. Seller turned down my Amazon A to Z claim, communication and customer service has been absolutely awful.... avoid avoid avoid! Read all of their reviews online, all related to customer support issues!

Ordered a EF2000 external filter, arrived without Media and very noisy, no one answered the phone number only wat is to create a ticket, 10 days still waiting. Please stay away from this seller not worth it as will give you stress.

Products rubbish, communication rubbish, warranty absolute rubbish. Fortunately I bought via Barclaycard who refunded me 100% . UV clarifier now thrown away - absolute rubbish, didnt work from day one and Allpondsolutions do not provide any help. I would steer well clear if I were you.

Rubbish product, rubbish customer service,rubbish contact facilities. Absolutely no help when things go wrong. At least I came out of this sorry experience without any financial loss - I purchased via a credit card who refunded me. Thanks for nothing Allpondsolutions you deserve to go out of business.

Returned faulty pond pump but took 3 weeks to get email reply. Cannot be contacted by phone. Still no resolution. I will never use them again

Avoid APS at all cost. Placed an order 3 weeks ago which hasn't arrived. Getting in touch with APS appears to be impossible, emails, live chat and facebook messages aren't replied too. I have been completely ignored. Shop elsewhere.

absolutely horrendous experience absolutely horrendous experience, uv clarifier arrived with broken glass tube, been trying to make contact for a week without success telephones not manned can only raise 1 ticket or go to back of queue, ironic but if you ask a question on ebay items they answer have a problem and totally ignored, i would recommend not using them and look elsewhere

I had issues with a hob 500 filter that was noisy, I informed Allpondsoultions within hours of setting the filter up, I had sent videos of the difference between the new filter compared with a hob 500 on my other tank, a lot of emails, giving advice on how to remedy this but all the advice was for anaquarist was basic. I returned the filter (I had cleaned/dried ) for Allpondsolutions to check, they emailed back stated that is was ok. I decided to have the filter returnrd because thay only offered a 50% refund. I have just received my filter back, they had not bothered to dry the filter before repackaging so the filter packaging was destroyed due to being wet. I hope yhis was not malicious due to me complaining about the filter, i would to think that they would have the decency to hve dried the filter before packaging. My experienece witj them as been the worst customer service. I am normally astute to purchasing items on the internet ie Amazon, checking Ebay sellers feedback, I should have checked the internet where there are numerous complaints about this companies customer service when something goes wrong. I would advise if you are going to purchase anything from Allpondsolutions check the internet feedback. I have atached couple of images of the state of returned pacakaging.

bought internal uv 700if. noisy pump uv bulb lasted 2 days water got past seal replaced bulb and o ring lasted 3 days thay treat you like idiots been keeping aquariums for 25 years rubbish wast of money will not buy any thing again.

if only i could give 0 stars bought a filter that leaked badly.Sent it back for a refund but they refused because they said they tested it and it was fine. I had to replace the flooring because of water damage . so they have stolon £80 from me pls pls pls pls do not use this company thay will steal your money .

Was initially happy with Allpondsolutions by way of products, but, when something goes wrong or becomes faulty, the customer services is worse than poor. I have the 1400EF Aquarium filter, have had under a year. On the head of the unit is the inlet/outlet hard plastic, these became brittle and bits broke off. Therefore a seal cannot be made, unit cannot be primed and leaks. Explained as above and showed photo of the broken inlet/outlet. Completely ignored what was stated, clearly did not look at photo, so got an email asking to check seals/O rings. I responded back again stating no seal or O ring will fix the issue as the plastic is broken, a seal is not possible, again sent photo, get another email, asking to go through checklist, check seals etc, no closer to a remedy, my aquarium suffering as filtration not adequate. I will not be using again as too much hassle when something goes wrong.

Dreadful support, been 2 weeks since my first message to them, you get nonsense replies and now they say it's out of warranty, well they timed that right as it was in warranty yesterday. Don't believe them when they say 24 hours for a reply, it's over 3 days, then they just reply rubbish waiting for the warranty to run out.

Experience using APS solutions. Side note you have to email or live chat to get hold of APS. I have been leaving emails and live chat and still no further in getting the leak in my tank resolved. APS need to inspect the tank fair enough. They arranged for PalletWays to pick up the tank on Tuesday and they didn't turn up. Prior to this ParcelForce turned up on Monday to pick up the tank, I was surprised as I thought it was going with PalletWays. They took the tank and then I got a call later on that day to say APS had actually cancelled that order. They tried to contact APS via the phone number but got stuck when they couldn't actually get through to anyone. All they wanted to do was to arrange with APS for PalletWays to pick up the tank from them as they're just outside our village. They said they could deliver it back on Tuesday. I was concerned that PalletWays may come before then, so drove down to collect it myself only for PalletWays not to come on Tuesday. So Emailed APS to tell them, heard nothing. I was away Wednesday and Thursday so asked for them to try again Friday. In this time I had no emails from APS to confirm, not even 24hrs later. They said they had high volumes of correspondence as it's peak time (I wonder why). Friday morning at 10am I went on live chat, asked them what's going on as I hadn't heard in their usual 24hr period. She told me it had been rearranged for Friday and that pallet ways would come between 2-5pm. I was suspicious as live chat closes at 4pm. Come quarter to 4 PalletWays hadn't turned up so went back on live chat to confirm. Again confirmed it would be picked up between 2-5pm. I asked what happens if it doesn't can I contact anyone to let me know what's going on. They said email us. So 5pm came still no sign, emailed them. I won't hear for 2 days maybe 3 who knows. It's now 20:30 same day still no sign of PalletWays. I'm sharing this experience as want other users to know. This is the first time I've used APS but looking at reviews on feefo a lot are in my position. You may get lucky or you may be like me. Just be warned if you do buy from APS and there is a fault with the product don't expect a quick service to resolve it. I'm now 2 weeks in and back to where I started.

Had a small customer service issue which was dealt with promptly and more to my satisfaction than I could have wanted. I have also purchased a plant from APS which is far and away the best specimen of its kind I have ever seen.

Appalling animal and customer care. Paid extra for before 09:00 delivery. Didnt turn up until hours later. Had to go to work. Arrived home to find many fish and shrimp dead. DO NOT USE!

warranty is worthless on pond solutions pressure filters spin clean had a crack on casing filter brought last august taken out of garden over winter kept coming back with no covered classed as accidental damage you be lucky if they last a year be very careful if you thinking of buying customer terrible no phone contact avalible
