There customer service is terrible, they act as if you are the problem when in fact its their product does not work!. They take ages answering e mails/messages. I spent £400 on a pond pump with UV light. The light did not work. After numerous requests they eventually 3 weeks later!, second time they sent one, (the first one did not arrive???) they then sent me a replacement bulb, that arrived and does not work. Asked them to send a replacement light ballast. Now they are asking me to send a video to show it is not working !!!!! I do not recommend this company at all. Terrible customer service and faulty products.

Complaint: The service was horrible and completely unhelpful, especially for people who truly need support. The customer service actually started attacking me instead of assisting. I had simply asked for help to understand where the error or missing requirement was, but they completely ignored me and left me to deal with everything alone. It felt like being left to die-like a fish out of water.

Dispite calling to confirm next day delivery for a order. I did not receive order . My fish died and I'm out of pocket from order from this company .. Waiting 8 days and still did not receive what I ordered. Charlotte from all pond solutions assured me that I would get my order in Time scale PAID FOR.... BUT THIS WAS LIE.. as unfortunately she has no idea... what is going on.. I have sent them my Dead fish in post second class so it stinks. As does there service..

BUNCH OF THIEVES………….. AVOID AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE SPARE 2 WEEKS TRYING TO GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR OR YOUR MONEY BACK…One star is too much. If you want to spend £300 but get nothing in return and be ignored with your emails and call backs this is the company to go for they are the best for this. All I can say is they are a bunch of thieves. And all pond solutions if you reply to this it’s because you have to as you don’t want other people knowing what you really are a bunch of ignorant thieves. I give this company a deadline to respond but they decided to ignore this but the sad thing is I’ll get my money back anyway through eBay so all this effort in ignoring is to no avail apart from making them look shabby. So to all of those people who are thinking of purchasing off this shabby company just think twice and say to your self is do you have a spare 2 weeks in emailing, phoning trying to get what you paid for or your money back seriously THINK TWICE.

Very noisy I had the largest external pump so so noisy can't think quite it down very very bad can't wait to you by mine or further some compete these parts are cheap and nasty an hour so noisy and they can't keep the water clear I can't wait to get rid of these tea canister pumps and replace it with a german manufacturer Lisa Chinese rubbish set after services rubbish bourbon solution pump fit the system is rubbish can't compete Very cheap very nasty not impressed gay what you pay for what you get best buy dearer canister pump Mr pi idea of pump I will not be buying an all pond solution pump again or car our pond pump change it to that nosey change it to dearer pump because it doesn't work or doesn't fake

I had a pump from all po d which was faulty and electrocuted 4 of my large koi. A replacent pump was sent which was also faulty. I now just want a refund which allpond refuse to do Terrible quality and disgusting customer service.

The pump i received had already been opended and parts was missing. Getting in touch with customer service has been terrible, would avoid! Terrible company.

I would not recommend purchasing any of their tanks as I purchased two of them last year and now within one month both of them have leaked and customer support is outdated, useless and unrealistic. To have both of them leak at almost the same time is too much of a coincidence for me. I've had fish all my life so it is pretty annoying when I am trying to tell them about defects in their tanks and they sent me a massive unreadable list on how to tell if they are leaking, well my living room floor was flooded both times so I am absolutely positive they leaked.

They first sent me a refurb unit as new so it was returned, they have had the item for weeks and still try to palm me off by saying once its booked in etc. Avoid

Very Poor customer service, purchased two pressurized pond filters from them. cost £340.00 one had an occasional leaking seal, they wanted me to do a video, only contact on a message, no phone answered, requested phone number, no number supplied, asked for complaint to be escalated, cant believe the customer means so little

As every person says avoid them that is tue .Absolute nightmare to deal with ,no response cant speak to anyone .Only wish i had read reviews on the so called company as i would have bought elsewhere. I will take the matter up with trading standards and hopefully get them shut down so they cant rip anyone else off.

Non-existent customer service! It is impossible to phone these people and it’s not due to Covid. If you want to buy something you can call but if you have a problem or need help, forget it! You have to “Raise a ticket” and you are told you must wait 1-3 days for a response, excluding weekends. When I finally got a response it was totally unhelpful. So then you send another email, and wait! And I’m still waiting. My equipment is under warranty and the UV Ballast has failed. In a desperate attempt to get this sorted I ordered a replacement part at my own cost and paid £6 for an early delivery, 11th June. No delivery and now the part shows out of stock until 12th July. But of course they’ve taken my money. Now I have a green pond, no help from All Pond Solutions, I’ve paid another £29 for nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Been trying to get hold of company over 3 weeks on facebook/ticket system/emails/called. Pump/filter stopped working on tank bought in November we lost 3 out of 4 fish due to this(was cycled)awful customer service would bot recommend.

Bought two products which arrived quickly. However, neither matched the description on the web site have tried raising a ticket on each but no reply after a week. No way to contact them AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Pond pump failed after a few months, due to impeller fault. They say, "they only cover the impeller for 6 weeks after purchase"
