“Samuel Marshall was the agent I worked with over the past few weeks in searching for a home, my personal experience with him as my agent was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend him and return to him again if needing to search for any more properties. During the few weeks in searching with Sam he was very nice and professional, he always responded to my messages in a timely manner and updated me on anything related to the property and would always confirm our viewing times. He is prompt and dresses in a professional manner. His approach to showing us the property was never aggressive, or always hovering as some agents can be. He would allow us to have our personal space but always be present and available to answer any questions when needed. He displayed knowledge on the properties we viewed, which showed us he was a great listener and attentive to the details we wanted in searching for our home; he would also ask for feedback on the properties and was ready and willing to go above and beyond. Sam showed us multiple properties and I would say he was extremely calm and patient, as we weren't the easiest clients. I also came in contact with a few other agents from Allsopp & Allsopp during some viewings, and they as well were also very professional and greeted us with a warm smile and were full of knowledge. So my personal experience with them/Allsopp were great and I'm satisfied with the service I have received from their end.”

“Jack Evans, at the Coventry branch, helped selling a property following the death of my Aunt. I simply cannot express how helpful, kind and very efficient he was. He has to be the best agent I could have hoped for. Five stars doesn't even cut it! Jack ... you're one in a million!”

“After a bereavement I had the unenviable task of selling my mother’s property and have to say from day 1 Allsopp & Allsopp were superb. I met initially with Jack who was very professional and later dealt with Reece who was superb. “Hi , Sorry to be a little late with our review regarding the sale of our house . Firstly I have to say that Allsopp and Allsopp were not our first choice , but were indeed first contacted in error , but somehow we both feel that the good hand of fate fell in our favour that day . From the very start the ball was very quickly set in motion , and within hours our first viewings were booked , and within just a few days our house was sold . Our biggest thanks must go to your representative Andre H Watson , who was very professional , polite and well mannered in the way he conducted himself from start to finish . He fully understood our own personal reasons for selling our house and made sure that all of our concerns and worries were well taken care of . He kept us up to date all along the way , and we couldn`t of asked for anyone better . We would definitely recommend Alssopp and Alssopp to anyone in the future should we ever be asked. “I had a good experience overall using Allsopp & Allsopp. If any bumps occurred during the process, they were very quick to react to these. They are very supportive in answering queries and very easy to get hold of. I never had any issues speaking with someone or someone being able to help with my query. Overall a great experience from the initial appointment and appraisal, through to viewings and sale.”

Jamie is so efficient and really helpful and I knew at our first meeting he was the right person to rent our property for us.
