I am utterly disappointed with the services provided by Allsopp & Allsopp. The lack of professionalism and disregard for clients' needs is appalling. Once they secure their commission, they become unresponsive and neglectful. Moreover, they charge excessive fees for basic services that should be included. This exploitative behavior reflects poorly on the company's integrity. I strongly advise against using their services.

Every time i have inquired for a rental or to buy a property with this company they have been difficult to get hold of. They ask you to leave a message and never reply. The receptionist when you get her is extremely impolite. I would not use them again there are many more companies in Dubai who give better service, one such one was Haus and Haus who eventually sold us our villa.

I had a very bad experience with them while buying a property. Initially it was said that they would charge me 2% and later an additional 0.3% was charged as 'Conveyance charges' This fee was paid unnecessarily as this particular team was extremely unprofessional (Jodannah) She didn't even know basic maths and there were lot of miscalculations. I am still after them to get a refund from the previous owner. They just speak in a very polished manner but not professional. The sales agent Henry was good and he helped us find good property. He is good. But, there were 2 there were 2 other agents in the interim(both ladies) who didn't even had the courtesy to dress professionally. Please be very clear about what they are paying them as commission by reading the T & Cs and recalculate the amounts as there can be a lot of calculation errors

The agent we used suddenly stopped replying to any of our messages and soon as it came to the end of our contract, which included not giving us back our 4,000aed deposit we placed for the apartment. If it helps his name was Chris - in case this was an isolated case by this agent. I'm guessing they also told the landlord to ignore us as we tried to reach out to them and they also suddenly began ignoring us at this moment. Very shady and untrustworthy agency. Better to avoid and use another agency.

Really unprofessional and rude sales staff. They essentially don't care about your needs and instead pressure you to buy. We were shocked to have to deal with an Associates Director who is absolutely irrational and rude when dealing with customers because they don't even have basic facts for the property.

Pls check my Google Review at Allsopp & Allsopp Real Estate Dubai Head Office for the latest. I had a very bad experience with Allsopp. They took 2 Commissions for the 2 Year Contract for Renting in Apartment in Golden Mile in Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and did not do what agreed to do in handing the Apartment in good condition and it took 3 Months to settle in the apartment. I asked that they pay back the extra commission but they refused. Even after I did not complete the second year in the apartment; they did not give me back the extra commission they took. In fact they tried to make a Client view the apartment to rent which I declined as per the contract which does not mention I am obligated to make any client view before I move out. So I let another Real Estate Agency (BH) to have their client View the apartment and I even convinced their client to rent the apartment. So they couldn’t rent the apartment. I on the other hand did not take back the Security Deposit from the Landlord as she claimed she need to do different fixing to the apartment which has no relation to my usage. So I raised a Case at RDC Dubai against the Landlord and took back my Security Cheque. The Landlord had a Lawyer while I did not get a L:wayer. I wrote the Case myself and attached the Photos of the Current Status of the Apartment and asked one Printing Company beside RDC to write the case and do the Legal Translation then Upload the Case to RDC Portal and the Online attendance in front of the RDC Judge. I did Win the Case against the Landlord and took back my Security Cheque money. Also the Landlord had to pay for the Fees of the Court as well. Hence all I mentioned in my Google Reviews against Allsopp are Documented not Only on Emails and Whatsapp but also in RDC Case in Court. I tried many times to get my money back from Allsopp but they refused. In fact when I told them I will be doing Google Reviews to All Areas in Dubai and the Building / Villas in these areas and mention my bad experience with Allsopp, they threatened me that they will go to Court and copied their Lawyer. I obviously was not intimidated with that since all Communications with Allsopp are Documented in Emails/ Whatsapp and All Photos taken where at the time as it shows on Whatsapp. Now all what I have said is Documented in RDC Court. I have been in Dubai for nearly 15 Years. I do Google Reviews for nearly 2 Years now. I am reaching almost 2M Viewers in my Google Reviews due to my Fair and Honest Reviews. So I do my Google Reviews based on my experience let people decide if they want to deal with that Company or not. The Contract was signed 28 June. AllSopp was handling the work fixing in the apartment with the landlord as its written in email from Allsopp also the real estate agent said the same. From 28 June till 2 July nothing was done. I even offered to both owner representative and the real estate agent on Thursday 2 July that I can go day/time to apartment if they need me to go for the work. Nothing was done again from Allsopp side from Thursday 2 July till Monday 6 July evening. Nothing was done on Tuesday 7 July as promised from AllSopp side. I got in touch with landlord late evening on Tuesday 7 July. When I saw that things got stuck. So from all that there were a delay from Allsopp side for nearly 10 days. Allsopp took double commission which I was not informed of. They also took more than 5% Commission and still nothing was done. This was not written and it was last minute verbal info which I had no alternative except to accept since no other way to get in touch with Landlord to rent the apartment since it was exactly what I am looking for. It is also an upgraded apartment so it was nice. Still the Broker took extra money and they didn’t do their job. I am attaching images of the work not completed. They also said it is property managed through them then changed that and they kept saying something and not doing or changing the meaning of what they said. Now what is the meaning of Property Management? Pls see meaning this is same what I understood at the time when Josh said it. "Property management is the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate and physical property. This can include residential, commercial, and land real estate.” The part of Maintenance is included in Property Management. Later Joshua changed the meaning of Property Management then making it looks better handled by owner so no middle man. Allsopp send email saying that their Agent will work with the Owner / Landlord to get things fixed. This Matter is referring to things needs to be done in Apartment. I forward that email to you as mentioned. When I send an Email on Sunday 5 July I was not informed to handle issues with Landlord which their email. Allsopp also didn’t inform me with extra or additional Commission. So nothing at All in WhatsApp Messages or emails mentioning the Commission, as mentioned it was last minute verbally mentioned to me. I don’t even recall seeing in the advertisement on Property Finder that your company will take more than 5% of the yearly Rent. Even he said negotiate the rent but didn’t do so. I was not informed that AC/Chiller is not free and I as Tenant will pay for it. So you would think this is something should have been highlighted. Also there was 2K outstanding of AC on the Apartment. I asked the Landlord to pay so I can pay the deposit and that also made a delay in the start of AC and the Moving Company (Union Movers) had to work all day without AC. They send email confirming all things fixed and completed. Nothing were removed or fixed I sent them Photos of the same. I raised a complaint on Allsopp Page and had a response from the Head of Residential Lettings But nothing got done. Along the days the Head of Residential Lettings Was just arguing and debating with me and didn’t do anything. The Head of Residential Lettings was very rude and didn’t have any manners. Saying there are misunderstanding are very pathetic as well as not true at all since all messages are clear.

I rented a flat in Skycourt tower managed by Allsopp, but I had a very bad experience. I was only 1 year from 15nov 21 to 14nov 22. No service maintenance proper. AC not working you can imagine weather in summer. More over the staff and managers attitude is inconsiderate and rude. In 1 year they increased the rent by 20%. Hence I decided to leave the flat. Also they kept sending me warning emails for so many reasons unnecessarily. On top of that I left the flat neat and clean, but they refused to give me my deposit back. I am making an official complaint to the rent dispute. I am writing this for other people to open their eyes before committing to such companies.

Service akin to a second hand car Sales man . All marketing bling, self serving arrogance . Over priced and do not deliver the service they were paid for . Delayed the process / mishandled expectations of buyer and seller . Escalations to their leadership to take action - reply of basically we have your money now - we take no accountability. Have lodged a formal complaint with the authorities. Stay clear of these unprofessional deviants .

Never had a Agency mis lead and even lie to me in 15 years , as Allsopp did with the sale of my Springs 12 type 2E villa. Did not say Buyer pre approval not in place. Buyer Emirates Id expiring in next 2 weeks, tho buyer had informed them. I asked for a 60 day Form F. Said 70 days just to be safe. Will complete in 60. Trf.took a 100 days - having a huge adverse impact for me. And instead of apologizing gracefully, all I got was an arrogance and a very neative attitude. And every 2 weeks a diff. Person to deal with. Will certainly not deal with them again, and will advise maximum caution to anyone who does.

The agent who came to value my property used very high pressure sales tactics, trying to pressure me to sign the contract there and then and that he had a buyer lined up already!given that I had inherited the property and the condolence cards were still on the mantle, I found this to be very insensitive. I then received an endless amount of emails, letters and phone calls despite my telling him to back off. I then wrote to the manager about this terrible service and he basically denied that his member of staff would act in such a way. Terrible customer service.

Why only 2 responses? Probably only 2 genuine reviews. Charge more than any other agent in Coventry. I would use alternative estates. Genuine agents with good ethics

Appointment was made for a valuation but was never told when it was so when I called to confirm I was surprised it had already been made. Day of appointment and it had to be cancelled as they had double booked. Valuer came round on 2nd appointment to which he under valued our property by 10% then told us the fees would be free for the 1st 12 weeks then double the average price of all the others. We were pressurised to sign on the day to take advantage of the free fees as it was the last day. The advert stated the first 30 properties would benefit from the free estate agent fees and I am yet to see 30 properties on their books. We decided to cancel as were not happy with what we had already seen and the valuer called my mobile at 9pm on a friday night, didn't speak and then put the phone down. I was getting phone calls from the office asking for details of what we were looking for and I kept telling them not to call again. I had a further call from the valuer a week or 2 after the 9pm call, this time at 12:30am asking me where I was. Being half asleep I just put the phone down. Then yet another 2 phone calls from the office asking for details. I kept saying I will look on their website and would be in touch if we saw anything to which they replied "we don't show everything on line". In the end I had to threaten them with legal action of harassment to get them to stop calling me. I would NOT under any circumstances recommend this company as they are too expensive, the harass the hell out of you, and they just don't listen to what you say. Avoid at all costs and never give them your number.
