“I ordered one (1) six (6)-pack of Dad's Root Beer in cans (tins). To date I have only received one (1) single can (tin) of Dad's Root Beer. I wrote an email to this effect two days ago and have still not had an answer nor any advice of shipping the remaining five (5) cans (tins) of my root beer. I asked for the missing root beer to be shipped immediately or to have my account credited with the difference! STILL WAITING!!!!!”

“Placed an order for next day delivery on the Friday, before the 3pm deadline stated on the product page, but it didn't arrive until Monday. I asked for the measly £2 difference in delivery charges to be refunded, and they just kept arguing that the terms for Friday next day state items will arrive on Monday. At this point, I don't care what the terms say, I'm really just disappointed at the petulant responses I keep getting via email. Looking at their Facebook, I'm not the only one who's had trouble with their 'customer service'; save yourself the headache and buy through Amazon.”

“Absolutely appalled with the service. Placed my order on a Wednesday evening for next day delivery to be received on Friday. Did not receive my order until the following Monday. I can’t comprehend why there was such a delay in a next day delivery service. I’m content my order wasn’t even processed in time for couriers to ensure delivery as expected. Shall not be using their services again.”

“Spent near £30 on my delivery also paid the extra for next day delivery for it to arrive 3 days late and not only arriving late the courier delivered my parcel to the wrong address! Certainly will not ever be using your services again”

“Bought four boxes of Swiss Miss hot chocolate in mid September 2017. Items delivered late and will be expired by November 2017. Manufactured in 2013. Oh dear.”

“American soda have no interest in customer care. Sent a box full of products which got damaged in transit because of their shoddy packing (no bubble wrap and box had seen better days) When I contacted them I was told it doesn't matter that the chocolate bars and crisps were crushed and that the cans were all dented! It would all taste fine! This was for a gift! I also sent them pictures to prove the damage! Shocking customer service!”

“Nothing short of pathetic from start to finish, products for order even when not in stock, they send half your order without asking & don't package the product properly for posting so items arrive squashed and damaged! I will never order from them again!”
