“Item never turned up. Marked as dispatch for over a week. It doesn’t take the best of two weeks For Hermes to deliver. Don’t bother”

“I haven't received my goods which were supposed to be delivered by last Friday 25/05/18. My account is telling me it is still waiting for shipment! So ridiculous and I have e-mailed you twice.”

“So I ordered my products off this site on the 30th March I messaged to see where my order is and they said it should be with me by tomorrow, that tomorrow was yesterday on the 5th April, it’s now the 6th and it still hasn’t been delivered to my door, this is one website I will not recommend people to order from”

“I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered Wonka sweets for my daughter's hen night. Every sweet I picked from your site showed the Wonka logo, that was why I ordered them. Imagine my disappointment when I opened my order and not one item had Wonka on it, I could have bought the same sweet for half the price in a shopping mall”

“Received order loose not in original packaging in a soggy box. Was a Xmas gift. Asked to send pics was told that could happen in transit. That's not my fault. Then received sarcastic replies to my emails. Rather than saying sorry we should have sent your order in the box illustrated. I ordered similar from other online and it was fine. Used for several years, never again. Plenty of similar sites. Who do not antagonise customers.”

“Bought miracle whip arrived 23rd dec and it's dated 18th january 2018. Contacted American soda as soon as i opened parcel but no response yet. Completely disappointed paying that price for a small tub for it to be dated so close!”
