“I haven't received my order yet”

“Didn't even get my order , noting arrived to my house. I contacted them and no reply. Countless emails and still no reply I even called them and no answer. I ordered my items at least 3 weeks ago. Overall communication is terrible. Funny enough they were communicating with me well until the money left my account.”

“Order arrived quickly but items missing and they didn't pick this up until I pointed it out. After my Christmas order never arrived then mistake made on this order I am not impressed.”

“I have ordered from this company 3 times now. The first time my experience was wonderful. I revived my full order. The last 2 times that I have ordered from them parts of my orders have been missing. The last two times I have also ordered from them is when I've been buying birthday presents. I have never revived an explanation as to why this has happened either. When I e mailed the company about where my missing order was I didn't hear anything back.”

“Placed on order for a drink, said 3-5 working days delivery. 7-8 working days later and we still hadn't received anything. I called and they said they would call me back. Nothing. Next day I call again, told I'll be called back within an hour. again, nobody calls me. Eventually someone calls and says it's been 'lost in transit'. Not good enough.”

“Received my order, large part of it incorrect. Order #400110369 Rang 3 times and left messages, always straight to answer phone so clearly no one answers ever. Sent 3 emails asking for someone to call me. I will never use you again and am telling everyone I know not to either. Diabolical service.”

“They are frauds. There is a good chance you won't get what you ordered and they ignore emails complaints everything. Keep off”

“They weren't what I expected, I had ordered a Pepsi throwback which I had before and came in a white retro can and the one I had delivered was in a blue van and tasted nothing like. It was a disappointing experience.”

“orders placed during October 2016 payment taken from my bank, never received the orders.. Tried Contacting American Soda twice Regarding the Outstanding Items, no reply through their Message service. I will never use this service again buyer beware...... JPE”

“Update to my recent review. Order of the 16th December lost by Courier according to American Soda. Weeks of waiting hopefully for this Christmas gift, multiple emails and a telephone call for nothing. Given refund (Jan 4th) but feel as a Customer I am not very important to them. This American Soda is not so sweet! I will go elsewhere.”
