I even called them and no answer. I ordered my items at least 3 weeks ago. Overall communication is terrible. Funny enough they were communicating with me well until the money left my account.”

“Placed on order for a drink, said 3-5 working days delivery. 7-8 working days later and we still hadn't received anything. I called and they said they would call me back. Nothing. Next day I call again, told I'll be called back within an hour. again, nobody calls me. Eventually someone calls and says it's been 'lost in transit'. Not good enough.”
