“Ich habe vor mehreren Wochen bestellt. Von wegen also 3-5 Tage Lieferzeit. Aber das dachte ich mir schon... Ich habe für 60 Euro eingekauft ( für Weihnachten) und gleich mit paypal gezahlt. Erst danach habe ich Erfahrungsberichte im Internet recherchiert, wie dumm. Es kam weder eine E-mail, die meinen Kauf in irgendeiner Form bestätigte, noch Rückmeldung auf meine Anfragen via Kontaktformual auf der Seite. Telefon kann man gleich vergessen. Service also gleich Null... ich muss wohl ausgehen das meine Ware nicht mehr kommt, hoffe es aber dennoch. SEHR SEHR ÄRGERLICH & NIE WIEDER!”

“Keine Versandbestätigung. Bei 2 Artikeln, sehr kurze Haltbarkeit. Bei einem Artikel garkein Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum. Bei einem Artikel unleserliches Haltbarkeitsdatum. Bei einem Artikel graue Schokolade erhalten. Ich werde nie wieder bei Ihnen bestellen.”

“I ordered something as a gift on a Monday night. I needed the items by Thursday, so I paid £6.99 for next day delivery. I was aware that this wouldn't be processed until Tuesday, but that would have still been fine, as I would have got it next day Wednesday. I called American Soda on Wednesday to find out what had happened to my order. There was no answer so I left a message. No one called me back. When Thursday came and I still had not received my goods. I called American Soda again. I explained. My situation and was told that my order was still with them. I was extremely disappointed. I was given a half hearted apology and told that my order would be with me the next day and I would be refunded the difference in delivery costs. Therefore I would only be charged £3.99 delivery. This made me extremely angry. I felt that American Soda's customer service was appalling!!!!! Not only had they fudged my order but on top of that they still had the audacity to charge me delivery costs. I will not be using this company again. Shoddy!”

“stay away !! first order did not arrive at all - 2nd order arrived almost completly damaged - bottles broken because it was not packed appropriate, and most of the rest unusable because of the broken bottles ... asked for refund for the damaged goods - never received !”

“Sehr schlecht ..! Ich hatte den Resse Eimer . 1. In der Folie war eine Spinne ! Geburtstagsgeschenk ist nicht gut angekommen ( Habe auch ein Bild gemacht ) 2. Lieferung am 01.11.2016 und die Resse's laufen in 11/2016 ab ..”

“Terrible customer service after waiting a week for my order I contacted them to ask where it was I was told my order was delayed and wouldn't be here until the following week this order was for a friends birthday I spent more money at the shop to come home and find out my order had been left at a neighbours so you cost me twice as much on presents as they never even knew where my order was won't be using again”

“I bought 3 items and one of them was the grape peanut butter and when I opened the box it was damaged and got me a cut luckily it wasn't my son who opened it or else he will get the cut. I alreadysent an email with regards to it but haven't get back from you's.”

“Short best before dates less than 2 months were bought as Christmas gifts but would be out of date before then customer service response well they were in date when posted!”
