“Everything was fine, no problems with the delivery, the delivery time was ok and the most important is the items are not expensive, thanks a lot and gladly again.”
“Insufficent packing material used. Three out of three boxes of saltines had damage. There are four packs in each box and three out of four had broken crackers. It´s hard to spread peanut butter on cracker crumbs which was the purpose of the order. Suggest each box be packed in bubble wrap or styrofoam to prevent damage due to transport handling. I realize that you have no control over the logistik handling of the packages and I know how their employees work. Was in parcel business for four years working with DHL and GLS so I know how they operate. Sorry that they were damaged, so guess I´ll eat the majority with soup or chili.”

“I have ordered from here quite a few times since the beginning of 2016 and I have always been happy with what I've ordered. However, this time I didn't receive all of my order but I have been charged for it but when I last had an enquiry and emailed you, you said that I would be put on the refund sheet and that I would be refunded within the next 24 hours but it has been 72 hours and I am yet to receive my refund.”
“I have been shopping here for a little while but my orders tend to be big and I love the different cereals they do because you can get so fed up with what we have over here. My grandchildren love them, the only thing stopping me from giving the full 5 stars is that there seem to be some things that are permanently out of stock so you don't really have a full choice of what they could have. Our favourite is Cinnabon cereal but its very hard to get. But I have to say the staff I have spoken with are really nice and very helpful. I give them 10/10 the ones I spoke with anyway. Thanks for your help and the emails informing me that there are good things going on.”
“ON THIS particular order, i was not overly satisfied. The Cracker Jacks were stale, but gave them to a young friend who wont know the difference. Other items were great apart from one jar of Miracle Whip which was damaged. I took photos and sent with email and immediately received reply and refund notice for my purchase. As a whole I have been satisfied with American Soda...things will always happen which are beyond our control, so I will not bash them.”
