“while the products i received were in excellent condition and of a reasonable price,the postage and packaging was extortionate.I agreed to the price of 14 pounds as I thought I was getting a large amount of items but when it arrived it was only a small box weighing less than a pound.I would only have had to pay 3 pounds with parcel force.I am also NOT in the highlands of Scotland so don't use that as an excuse.I liked the products that I purchased but I will never buy from you again because of the postage.

“I bought my favourite items which were a 3.5lbs of Red Vines and Nerds sweets. I love these sweets and buy them quite regularly. Delivery was fast and delivery man very helpful and professional. Will buy more from American Soda in the future.”
“Ordering my product was very quick and easy, especially considering I live in Canada and was ordering a gift to be delivered in the Netherlands. When my order was shipped I received tracking information for UPS but when I tried to track my order there was no record of it with UPS. Customer service was very helpful and clarified that my package was ACTUALLY sent through Hermes and provided me with the updated tracking information. Unfortunately my order was significantly delayed and there was no update on my package for at least 6 days. While customer service at American Soda was great with helping me find out what happened to my order I was very disappointed with the delay as it was meant to be a birthday gift which didn't end up arriving on time. This was extremely frustrating because I was only provided with one option for delivery outside of the UK. I would have preferred to have more than one option for delivery outside of the UK as I would have been willing to spend the extra $$ to rush the order as opposed to the standard 3-5 business days. While I recommend ordering products with American Soda I suggest to give yourself a bit of time in case there are delays.”

“Gutschein war über Bestellformular zwar einzutragen, aber nach Änderung der Bestellung (etwas war, obwohl vorher so angezeigt, doch nicht verfügbar) schon verfallen und nicht mehr reaktivierbar - ärgerlich. Backmischungskartons waren nicht dicht, alle Produkte voller Mehl.”
