“I was disappointed how small the packages were. The Red Vines were very small compared to what you get in the US. Also the Microwave Popcorn was just one package. For what you get it is too expensive. I will get back to my friends in the US and let them send me the stuff I need. Also, most of the articles on your webpage are "not Available". Disappointment.”

“Liked bugles from a trip to the US. Great delivery - no issues there but had fresher tasting snacks than these . Sell by date was in two months time which explains why they were a tad soggy and not their best . Price was competitive . The corn muffin mix box looked a bit old ... Delivery was prompt so full marks for tht .”

“Items arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. However, they did not arrive as quick as previous orders I have placed. My main concern was, the items I ordered were meant to be a surprise as part of my boyfriend's birthday present, but unfortunately the surprise was ruined as the items had been packed in a 'red vines' box as the outer packaging. This meant my boyfriend knew where the package was from and also knew pretty much what was inside!”

“had advertisment in my delivery, though I would have prefered advertisement from your company instead. Was very glad that the delivery went faster than my last lost delivery, but thank you for sending it again. Overall I am very happy with the sortiment that you offer. Hello Rachel. We're sorry to hear you think our products are too expensive. Unfortunately, as we import these products from the US, which is quite expensive, it means we have to sell them at the prices we do. We do, however, work hard to keep the cost down as much as possible and we are always negotiating better rates with our shipping company and our suppliers in the US, looking to pass those savings on to you, the customer.

“Leider habe ich falsche Artikel bekommen. Es wäre toll wenn wenigstens eine Mail gekommen wäre die einem sagt das der Artikel nicht verfügbar ist oder ähnliches. Ansonsten war alles so wie es sein soll.”

“Our order had not been dispatched almost a week after placing it. After contacting customer support, the order was dispatched very quickly and arrived the next day. Upon opening the package, we discovered that quite a few items were either wrong or missing. We contacted customer support again, who were very helpful and offered a refund for the missing items. While it was disappointing that we did not get everything that we had ordered, the customer support people were wonderful to deal with.”

“Your ordering system need up dating! I cannot see what is in stock. One day I can only order 5 instead of 12 Arizona Fruit Punch but two days later I can order 12 off!! Also items which were confirmed on my order get suddenly deleted and refunded without notice!!”

Our stock management is very precise and we get deliveries all the time - that's why it can be one amount one day and another the next. We apologise for not informing of you of refunds - sometimes we just run out of stock due to so many orders and issue the refund.

“Meine Wahl an Sternen fällt auf "normal". An sich finde ich diese Seite sehr gut und die Freude war groß als wir sie entdeckt haben. Mit meiner Bestellung war alles soweit in Ordnung, bis auf das ich anstatt der gewünschten Hershey's Cookie's 'n' Creame (10mal), die falsche, nämlich Hershey's Millk Chocolate (10mal) bekommen habe.”

“I tried to order a few times but the website either wouldnt work or payment wouldnt go through. Got an email which made the experience a bit better. I ordered some wint-o-green lifesavers for a friend, i dont like them. Theyre so strong that the sweets i bought formyself actually tasted like them so could be worth putting a little more packaging with those. Everything else was good”

“On my Order from 05.02.16 which arived on 10.02.16 where missing the cheetos crunchy canister, sour patch, slush dip n lick, hersheys creme bar i tried to contact you but the costumer e-mail adress didn't work and calling from germany would be to expensive. I really loved the products which came but i want the missing products to be delivered with my new order from 14.02.16 because i paid for them and its not fair that they missed on my last order”

“My sodas were all bumped even though there wasn't any visual damages to the box itself, wich to me means that you sent me bumped soda. It also says that it should be delivered with UPS and not ordinary mail. I had to get my package 30min away from my house because it wasn't sent with UPS”

“Schnelle Lieferung, grundsätzlich guter Service! Leider waren sowohl die Megaload Peanutbutter Cups abgelaufen (und schmeckten nicht mehr) und auch die Cheetos Chips müssen umgehend verzehrt werden, weil sie binnen weniger Tage ablaufen. Dafür, dass die Artikel nicht ganz billig sind und man sich etwas gönnen möchte, ist das echt enttäuschend!”
