“Was happy with the Cheetos I ordered and size of the tins were great. Ordered some Herrs buffalo wings chips but they didn't come so that was quite disappointing as I was looking forward to see my boyfriend reaction when trying them.”

I called American soda and did get a refund and I was told that they will look in to the way they package the jars in the future. I am very lucky I live with my family, as a blind person I could have been hurt had I put my hands in the box.”

Still waiting for a refund on my purchase as my first payment went through as an echeque for some reason so I paid by credit card via the phone.
The company has had two lots of payments from me for only one lot of goods, I have emailed several times now and no response.
I would also like my refund for the items that were not available and the difference between the next day shipping cost and the normal delivery.

“I think it's easy to order on this site, but it is difficult to have an answer to a question I've done before order. It is impossible to track the order because the page linked was totally white. Despite of this inconvenients, the order arrived in a week (I live in Italy) and that's good because in time for Christmas. I would be good if we can read the site in other languages.
