“Very satisfied with everything as always. Just a suggestion though, when someone orders your 10 random lollipops, they shouldn't all be the same flavour. Had a very dissappointed son who received 8 cherry out of the 10 mix. From the website you get the impression you receive a mix of different ones.”

My only criticism was the number of emails you sent prompting me to order after i had browsed your page.
I understand you wanting to follow up on customer queries but I got 3 emails prompting me to order AFTER I had ordered ..somewhat irritating... Just need more intelligent email algorithm that checks to see if customer has already ordered BEFORE sending out the reminder emails. I hope this is constructive criticism ..I just want you to continue to be successful and to build your business.

“Shopping at your online store was easy. The only thing I did not like was some items missing in my order when it arrived and called. Was very helpful and told the missing items would be resent and still had one item missing when it arrived. Love your store otherwise.”

“I have ordered from American soda before and usually have no problems. This time though there were. I ordered 2 products. One was sent but the other never appeared. After a week I eventually emailed customer services to be told they were out of stock and I would be refunded which I was but if I had not chased it up I wonder would i have been refunded.”
“American Soda is a very good company. Probably the best company in England selling a variety of American products. I Love it because I have an American background and grew up on many of these products. The only problem I have is the lack of available products (products out of stock). I still support the company in the hope they would increase their stock.”
