“I was a little dissapointed to have to chase up my order after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, and to find my order hadn't been processed and the money taken. However, customer care quickly replied to my email and from that point on, the order was processed, dispatched and received promptly.
I was happy with the goods received.”
“My order got left at a neighbours house as I wasn't in at the time, but when I went to that house they said they never got a package so I got I contact with Hermes and they said the note was an error and ignore it because it hasn't been delivered I spoke to 3 people all disconnecting me and after a few days my other neighbour knocked on the telling me they had my parcel so after being told it was an error and to ignore it by 3 people my neighbour actually had it the whole time and they wrote the wrong house number on the card posted through my door which I was not happy about. But on the bright side the Order was right and it was all nice”
“only flaw in the system is that you dont say that you only have a certain amount of stock on one item.
If you order say 6 cases, the screen does,nt say that you can only 4 because thats all you have.
Its frustrating.”
“As an American living abroad, I am very happy to be able to purchase certain items only found in the US. What I do miss are triscuits - these are simply not available anywhere in Europe.”
“Happy with my purchase from American soda, only down side was not being contacted about the fact something was out of stock. They just issued a refund and I had to contact them to ask why.”
“A great selection of treats, although quite difficult to search through (not all that intuitive search filters) and items often out of stock. My main gripe is that paying via paypal always defaults to an e-cheque. This never happens buying anywhere else so can only assume it's to do with the seller's paypal arrangement. Otherwise really good for american candy and savouries.”
“My order was shipped quickly and arrived without any damage, which was very important to me since I ordered various cans of soda. I ordered four cans of root beer and two bars of chocolate. The root beer was ... different. The bars of chocolate tasted a little bitter/sour to me, but I do not know whether they were spoiled or whether American chocolate tastes that different to German chocolate.

“The staff at american soda are lovely and are very helpful. However you can get the majority of the american sweets from b&m for half the price, thats the only downside. Apart from that a great company.”
