“American Soda is great for tastes from the states and makes me feel less homesick. The only thing is that they are a bit expensive for some items as some of the items you can buy at ASDA for half the price.
Overall I'm pleased with American Soda and the service they provide, and keeping a little bit of the States here in the UK.

“I ordered the candy which arrived in 2 days. The quality was good, nothing was out of date but if the website had listed the size of items it would be 5 stars. The size of some of the candies were tiny and hardly more than 1 mouthful!

“Wonderful selection and speedy delivery. Slightly disappointed that the candy I bought wasn't actually from the country I thought it was made in (eg. Canada) but the flavours were similar enough. A note is that the ingredients used in different countries can vary greatly; Canadian/original version of Sour Patch kids has no fake dyes or flavourings. Moot point, but if you are used to a certain quality standard, the Mexican manufactured candy is very different. One suggestion would be to list the ingredients or post an image of the nutritional info within the product description to avoid sub-par substitutes.”
“Everything arrived in pristine condition. Things were packed smartly. More easily damaged items were put on the top with all the heavy stuff at the bottom. Website was easy to use. Cheapest place to get a lot of the items that they sell. Only concern saving it from 5 stars is that far too many items are out of stock what seems like constantly.”
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for such a positive review. Regarding the stock, it is incredibly difficult to keep over 1300 products in stock, all the time.
We are constrained by availability in the US and shipping times. Rest assured though, we work hard to keep as much as possible in stock as often as we can.
“Hi I wrote a email to ur customer service but had no reply, opened the box and the craker jack was every where it had opened and stuck to everything I had to wash all the items, I wrote regarding another one being sent as it was a gift to my mum and she hadn't had it for many years but customer service never got back to me but every thing else was fine many thanks sarah”

A real taste of America experience! - A few items seem to go "out of stock" very quickly so i suggest getting notifications of new stock. All in all a great place to buy your favourite products.
