“No real complaints here. Shipping took two weeks, which seems a little long when the package is being sent from the UK to Finland. On the upside, though, the products were packaged properly and delivered on a Saturday, which is almost never possible, even with courier services.”
“Everything was fine exapt of the payment procedure. I wanted to pay via "sofort Überweisung" but everytime I tried, the internet side kicked me out. I tried three times and I had so many items in the basket :( that was very annoying. Finally I had to pay via Paypal. “Good, but I do wish their tracking number worked. A box popped up with a number in it when I clicked on "track order," but that number didn't work with UPS or DHL. I emailed the company to ask about it, and got no response. So I'm kind of disappointed with the customer service. I did get my stuff, though.”
“American Soda is a great place to get those American items that are hard to find here in England and at a reasonable price too (usually). But the only downside that I have a problem with is the amount of items that are listed but always seem to be `out of stock` of!!!!! Some new items would be nice as well!!!!! Like `Velveta Cheese blocks` and `Slim Jim's` just to name a couple!!!!

“Unfortunately, both of the cans of drink I received were damaged, and the online order went through incorrectly (this could easily be a mistake on my part, though).
Super quick delivery, and a good website, easy to use and navigate.
I'd use again, but hope that damaged cans are a rarity, and not the usual standard.”
Hi Ben. Sorry to hear about the damaged cans. We can assure you that we do our utmost to ensure things are packaged well enough, but sometimes the couriers are a little rough with the packages. Really sorry about this time, we hope you'll sop with us again though.
