“I would love to try the products I bought, but unfortunately, I still have to receive my order that I made last August 26. I wrote several e mails and they wrote me back just once, I was told I would have received my order within last week. Still waiting for it and asked for the ups tracking number twice but they did not reply. I really hope to get my order very soon since it was a birthday gift!! 09.08.2016 I've been asking for the ups tracking number since one week and they did not give it to me. Instead, they kept telling me I will receive the products soon. I am a new mad and disappointed costumer. Of course I did not receive my order yet. I want the tracking number or my money back. This is not a serious company! Valentina”

“Still haven't received my order, courier states they tried to deliver,I was at home all day and no couriers arrived so that is nothing but a lie. Stated they would try again in 24 hours still not here and I've been at home the entire time,very poor service”

“I found American Soda completely by accident but am delighted that I did. Having visited the United States a few times I developed a fondness for some things you simply can't get in the UK. The range of food and drink American Soda is terrific and my order arrived very quickly. I am sure that I will use the site again.”

“Delivery took too long, Some of the cans where dented, Packaging was a bit ruffed up had to wait nearly about 2 extra weeks for it to come. Overall good company to buy american stuff from.”

“American Soda allows me to buy sweets especially Pelon Peco Rico here in Germany. It provides access to a variety of goods that are generally not available here which is excellent. My American friends really love it.”

“Its nice to get some of the things I miss from "home" bit pricey on some otems but cheaper than a flight to go get stuff myself lol. Would LOVE to see an order form for special requests, things tou dont have online but could get the next time you filled your stock. People could put a deposit fown and say I would like this or that, heres a pic of it. Then if you couldnt get that item they could have store credit for their deposit.”

“Die Schokolade war geschmolzen, weil sie im Paket nicht gegen die Wärme geschützt war. Die Lieferung der Lions wurde storniert, ohne dass ich Nachricht bekam, warum. Ich habe es lediglich an der Rückerstattung über PayPal bemerkt. Wirklich schade, weil die Ware ansonsten sehr gut ist.”
