“Arrived on time but chocolate was of poor qualitt as had melted during delivery and i put it in fridge so some bars lost there shape! Not alot can be done thiigh as it is hot weather!”

“I was happy until chasing my order when it did not arrive I was informed that it had been damaged and returned to the company. It would have been polite to have been informed so I could have made other arrangements. However I had to pay £9.99 to have the parcel delivered the next day as it was for a present. I feel that the company should not have charged me this as I had already paid for postage”

- I have written to them and now await a reply. The goods I received were damaged due to lack of enough packing!! Will be able to say more when I have their response.

“Two of the boxes of cake mix turned up damaged and I believe this was due to the packaging. It was sent in a plastic bag which is not safe for these sort of item and when I called I was told that I had to take a photo of the damaged package and send it to before I can get these two boxes replace.
Also one of the item from my order hasn't turn up and I'm still waiting for this”
“All products arrived, the order was correct and the quality of the products was very good, the only thing I would say is that the fizzy drink I ordered was flat when it arrived due to the journey it made, but other than that I am a very satisfied customer:)”

American Soda offers these items and boy do they deliver .... fast!!!
One thing that I would like to see added to their sortiment is vanilla extract.
Otherwise, they provide all things your heart desires.
