“After a month our order has not turned up! We were finally given a tracking number and you suggested that we call the delivery company ourselves, as that would be best, but what do you know? apparently customers can't call them directly but are referred back to the online retailer. From the tracking number we can see that the parcel has now been returned to you. We have sent emails back and forth now with you and don't really care for more apologies - we just want what we paid for. You did offer to return our money, but as we paid in DKK kroner, that would end costing us the currency exchange fee (twice). Very unsatisfied! :-(”

“Very slow delivery. Parcel still not received over a week later. Although this was order the Thursday before a bank holiday, I would have expected a faster service. Also never received an email from Hermes with tracking information so had to contact customer service several times to get an update on the order and I was told to wait. Customer service do not respond straight away. Emailed your info address twice before using the co tact form online and finally getting a response back that way. Not happy and will not be ordering again.”
