“I am very pleased to have used American soda as they have products my girlfriend loves but can't find anywhere! I would like it if the prices were a little cheaper and maybe throw in the odd freebie o similar products that customers might like. But apart from that, great range, great delivery speed and glad it was all there and ready for my girlfriends birthday - she was over the moon!”

“I compiled an order, but had to wait a week or so before I could complete. American soda were good in that they kept my ordercderails for me & sent reminders. The down side was thatbibordered 2 of one item & only received 1, BUT that were quick to refund. The items I ordered were delicious & very nostalgic, as you used to be able to get dentyne cinnamon in the UK & it was my favorite gum, now I can get it again. The hot tamales were delish too, will get this again. Not so keen on the red vines. A very good experience all-in-all x”
“My delivery was not received as the courier damaged my goods in transit so had to return them to AS. But AS didn't let me know until I emailed them about my products. When I was finally told about the issues I was assured I would receive next day delivery as a result to mess up and again it's now been a week and I've received nothing. Absolutely disgusted with this level of service. Completely ridiculous.”
“Communication was OK in first instance but no reply on the second email and item arrived two day later after that. Package arrived ok product was nice but communication could be much better .
Won't be rushing back, felt a bit like we've got your order you'll get it when we're ready. That might not be the way they intend to appear but even a receipt of order would have been something.

“Ordered around £60 of American sweets and drinks it' was one or two of each item so as you might assume it's was a big order which it was, got everything I ordered plus extra (fig newton) I don't know if it was a mistake or what but it was very welcomed, it all came in a big box with plenty of packing peanuts and bubble wrap, everything arrived in one piece which was nice

“Love the products but the selection for the soda i like is very limited and the prices are astronomical. This was my first order and unfotunately a number of the peanut butter bars i ordered were crushed and melted, however as a friend had the same problem with a large order a few monthes back yet was literally called a liar over the phone and refused any refund or exchange, he hasn't used AS since. Therfor as this wasn't a large order and for myself i didn't bother this time but will be wary in future.
I was told the selection for Root Beer and Black Cherry soda used to be greater but it is very limited now, they along with the peanut butter chocolat bars are the only real reason for myself & my friends & family using AS so it would be great to see more choice on the soda front. Also the prices are so high that free shipping should be included for much lower order totals.
I had to contact customer services over a mistake resulting in my order being cancelled and the lady i spoke to was very polite and sorted it straight away, my delivery arrived 2 days later which was sooner than i expected (sadly with the damaged peanut butter Snickers bars though).
One other annoyance was that i received less Virgils Orange Cream Sodas than i ordered with no email to alert me to the shortfall, this i believe was due to American Sodas system mistakingly cancelling my order allowing another customer to order some of the Virgils, as when i made my initial order it was for all of their remaining stock of 18 bottles but i only received 10 bottles and a refund for £16.99. Would have been nice to get an email informing me of this, or even better my original order not to be messed up.
At this point i can only recommend American Soda when you can't find what you want elsewhere at a more reasonable price and you really need your fix of stateside candy & soda..”
