Ordering and payment is an easy process, even with the webshop software being quite slow during ordering compared to the competion.
Very poor is the offering of shipping information. There was no delivery confirmation and no information about the used parcel delivery service. So the delivery comes as a surprise and you have no chance to prepare for.
There is definitly room for improvement.”
