“There are a large number of products offering good value for money. Once ordered, the products were packed and shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. But I found ordering tedious. The web site interrupted me with videos and pop-ups, and when I finally reached the check out I could not enter a new delivery address. When I called their customer service number a got a "try again later" message. In the end I had to send the order to a different address and forward it myself at additional expense. Please improve your customer service. This could be so much better.”
“The company delivered quickly, and for Nutter Butter, very fresh. I was just in Florida the week before, and the cookies American Soda delivered were fresher and crunchier than the ones I bought in the Publix there. They also delivered more quickly than Amazon would have...based on what Amazon writes on their own website, and the price was more or less the same. That said...it's summer in the rainy season on the edge of the Everglades at this time of year. Nothing stays crunchy in S. Fluoride between June and September. The only negative was the price, but I expected to pay the that price here in Europe for these cookies, for a lot of reasons, which I won't explain here.”
“Ordering my things was great, very easy to find everything I wanted. But I've waited 10 days for my order and theres been no sign of it arriving. I have no idea if its the post office or if its the company. Customer services are also very fast at replying and lettin you know whats going on.”
